من ثقافة الإدانة إلى إدانة الثقافة: نحو نظرية فلسفية جديدة للثقافي

Abstract

ليس لنا أن نفكر التفكير الجذري في مشكلات الإنسان التي لا تنتهي، دون أن نفكر نقديا الثقافة. ربما هذا ما يدخل في فرع مستحدث أطلق عليه "النقد الثقافي". ولئن كانت معظم الدراسات النقدية قد وجهت في نقدها للسلوكيات الثقافية التي يسلكها أعضاء جماعة ما، فإننا نقترح هنا توسع النقد وقلبه، في آن، ليشمل الثقافة بعد أن شمل المثقف فقط، على اعتبار أن الجماعة هي التي تصنع الفرد وليس العكس. لذا فإننا نستشكل الموضوع على الصورة التالية: كيف لنا، أن ننتقل، أو قل نزحزح، بسلامة منهجية، من نقد المثقف إلى نقد الثقافة ؟ وماذا ينتج، استباقيا، عن هذا القلب ؟ والذي يبدو أنه غير مستساغ في المألوف. ثم أنه يجب أن ننبه، على سبيل الإشارة، إلى أن الموروث الثقافي يشمل الأعلى والأدنى، أو قل السامي والداني، لذا فإننا نسأل سؤال يسحب "المسكوت عنه" إلى ضوء النقد العقلي: كيف يجب أن نتفكر الموروثات الثقافية الدنيا ؟ وكيف نتعامل مع العنف الذي يتناقل بين الأجيال دون هوادة ؟ إن أسئلتنا كما هو ظاهر، قد ركزت على الكيفيات، مما يضفي الطابع الوضعي لتحليلاتنا بعيدا عن المثلنة المألوفة في موضوع الثقافة.................................................................................................................................................... La pensée philosophique radicale liée aux phénomènes humains qui ne s'achèvent pas est conditionnée par la pensée critique de la culture, et ce thème est inclus dans une nouvelle discipline intitulée la critique culturelle. Mais nous avons remarqué que la majorité des études ont été consacrées à la critique des comportements individuels, alors on propose d'élargir et renverser la critique pour atteindre la culture elle-même. Cet article tente de répondre à la problématique suivante : comment peut-on se déplacer, de façon saine méthodologiquement, de la critique de l'individu à la critique de la culture ? et quel est le résultat de ce renversement radical ? Et la question essentielle consiste à problématiser l'impensée suivant : comment se comporter devant un héritage culturel bas, ou autrement dit mal et mauvais, au sien de la société algérienne, comme la violence ? ................................................................................................................................................................. We cannot think of radical thinking in the endless problems of man, without thinking critically about culture. Perhaps this is what goes into an innovative branch called 'cultural criticism'. While most of the critical studies have been criticized for the cultural behavior of members of a group, we suggest here that the expansion of criticism and its heart, at the same time, extends to culture only after the intellectual has been included, since it is the group that manufactures the individual and not vice versa. So we focus on the following picture: How can we move, or just move, systematically, from intellectual criticism to criticism of culture? And what produces, proactively, about this heart? Which seems unpopular in the familiar? Then we must note, as a reference, that cultural heritage includes the highest and the lowest, or the lower and higher, so we ask a question that pulls 'silent' to the light of mental criticism: how should we think of the cultural heritage of the minimum? How do we deal with intergenerational violence unabated? Our questions, as it were, have focused on the Quality, giving the positive nature of our analysis away from the familiar ambiguity in the subject of culture
