نحو رؤية إستراتيجية للحد من الفساد في المجتمع الجزائري

Abstract

لم يعد الفساد ظاهرة محلية تخص مجتمعا بعينه بل أصبحت ظاهرة عالمية تستوجب البحث في مسبباتها و التفكير في أساليب جادة و صارمة في مواجهتها و التخفيف من حدة تناميها. من خلال هذا المقال نحاول التعريف بالفساد و أشكاله ، و أساليب انتشاره في المجتمعات النامية،مع تقديم بعض الإحصائيات الخاصة بقضايا الفساد في المجتمع الجزائري و انعكاساته على الصعيد الاجتماعي و الاقتصادي و السياسي،و محاولة التفكير في إستراتيجية لمكافحته و الحد منه. The corruption had been a local phenomenon that concern a society ,but it is a global phenomenon that require searching in their causes and thinking about solutions to resolve it. In this article ;we define corruption and its types,the causes of it spread in developing societies,with presenting some statistics that concern the corruption in Algerian society and its effect on the social, economic,politic domain and trying to find a strategy to struggle the phenomenon.
