البحث العلمي في الجامعات الجزائرية من خلال مذكرات تخرج طلبة الماجستير في العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية

Abstract

يعد البحث العلمي في الجامعة الجزائرية مجالا خصبا للمناقشات والانتقادات والتحليلات من طرف الجامعيين أنفسهم ومن خارج المنظومة الجامعية كذلك، كونه عصب رئيسي للتطور في نظر الكثيرين، ودعامة أساسية ليس للجامعة وحسب إنما لكل المجتمع. في الحقيقة فإن أهمية البحث العلمي أمر غير مختلف فيه لكن دعمه وتشجيعه يختلف باختلاف الرؤى السياسية بالدرجة الأولى، والمستوى الاقتصادي والاجتماعي كمرتبة ثانية، من السهل إذن وفق هذه القضية أن نرى أن البحث العلمي في الجزائر لم يحظى بالمكانة اللائقة والاهتمام اللازم منذ الاستقلال، حيث كان ولا يزال الاهتمام بالغذاء والسكن والصحة هو أولوية السياسة الجزائرية، ولم تتمكن الجزائر لحد الآن من تجاوز البنى التحتية والوصول إلى بناء نموذج متميز من الجامعات والمراكز البحثية الانتقائية والهادفة. من خلال هذه الدراسة تم التطرق إلى البحث العلمي الجامعي في إطار رسالة الماجستير التي تعتبر أولى خطوات البحث العلمي لطالب في الجامعة حيث تم التركيز على أداء المورد البشري (طالب الماجستير) لعمله بالإتقان والأمانة المطلوبين في البحوث العلمية، وكذا أداء المشرف لعمله بالوجه اللائق لتوجيه الطالب وتحسين عمله، وأيضا أداء لجنة المناقشة لدورها في الانتقاء المطلوب والتقييم العادل للرسائل دون أية تجاوزات، قناعة أن العمل العلمي الجيد نتيجة لتضافر جهود الحلقات الثلاث المذكورة. وقد خلصنا في نهاية هذا البحث إلى أن بعض رسائل الماجستير مثلها مثل الأعمال العلمية الأخرى فيها نقائص وتهاون من قبل الطالب والمشرف وكذا لجنة المناقشة، في مقابل وجود رسائل مشرفة. ..................................................................................................................................................... La recherche scientifique à l'université algérienne est considérée comme un terrain propice de débat, de critique et d’analyse, aussi bien par les universitaires eux-mêmes que par les tiers, vu qu’il représente un jalon de développement et un pilier qui soutient l’université et la société à titre égal.

En effet, l'importance de la recherche scientifique demeure irrévocable, mais les différends se manifestent dent le degré de soutien accordé à ce domaine en raison des différents points de vue politiques, économiques et sociaux qui y sont liés. Par conséquent, il convient de noter qu'aucune position éminente ni aucune attention suffisante n'a été accordée à la recherche scientifique en Algérie depuis l'indépendance alors que le secteur de l'alimentation, du logement et de la santé a été particulièrement pris en considération et reste la principale priorité du gouvernement algérien. L’Algérie n'étant pas été capable de construire un modèle distinctif d'universités et de centres de recherche sélectifs et qualitatifs.

Ce travail modeste aborde la recherche scientifique universitaire dans le cadre d'une thèse magistrale considérée comme un premier pas vers la recherche scientifique par un étudiant universitaire, l'accent étant surtout mis sur le magistrant censé mener son travail parfaitement et honnêtement, sur les encadreurs censés orienter les étudiants afin d'améliorer leurs travaux et sur le jury dont les membres sont supposés examiner et évaluer la thèse de manière appropriée; sachant que la bonne recherche scientifique est le fruit d'un travail collectif entre les parties précitées.

Enfin, nous avons conclu que certaines thèses de Magister, comme d'autres travaux scientifiques, sont de qualité médiocre vu les nombreuses lacunes s’y trouvant, et l’insouciance des étudiants, de l’encadreur et du jury, tandis que d'autres demeurent louables. ....................................................................................................................................................... As the majority consider scientific research at the Algerian University a basic principle for development and one of university and society key pillars, it presents a fertile ground for discussions, critiques and analyzes by university community or third parties,

In fact, we cannot disagree about the importance of scientific research but about how much support is given to this field because of the different political, economic and social views held about the same. Therefore, it is worth saying that neither an eminent position nor sufficient attention has been conferred to scientific research in Algeria since independence whereas the sector of food, housing and health has gained special consideration and remain Algerian government’s chief priorities. Yet, Algeria has been unable to build a distinctive model of universities and selective and qualitative research centers.

This modest work tackles university scientific research within the framework of a magister dissertation which is considered as university students first step towards scientific research, whereas the emphasis was mainly on magister students who are supposed to conduct their works perfectly and honestly, on supervisors who are required to guide the students so as to improve their works and on the board of examiners whose members are supposed to examine and evaluate dissertation appropriately; knowing that good scientific research are the fruit of a collective work between the aforementioned sides.

At the end, we concluded that some of magister dissertations, like other scientific works, are disreputable due to either knowledge gaps or students, supervisors and board of examiners’ ignorance of their responsibilities while others are creditable and worthwhile.
