القيم الوطنية في المناهج التعليمية

Abstract

هذه الدراسة التحليلية الموسومة بـــــ "القيم الوطنية في المناهج التعليمية"،باعتبارها دراسة تحليلية لكتاب التربية المدنية الخاص بالسنة الرابعة لمرحلة التعليم المتوسط،والمقرر على تلاميذ المدرسة الجزائرية،تهدف إلى معرفة أهم القيم المتعلقة بالقيم الوطنية،التي احتواها الكتاب المحلل،وذلك بالإجابة على سؤال جوهري متمثلا في: ما هي القيم الوطنية التي احتواها كتاب التربية المدنية للسنة الرابعة متوسطة؟،و يتفرع منه أربعة أسئلة جزئية تتمثل فيما يلي : 1 ــــ ما هي القيم الوطنية المتعلقة باحترام رموز السيادة الوطنية التي تضمنها كتاب التربية المدنية للسنة الرابعة متوسط؟ 2 ـــ ما هي القيم الوطنية المتعلقة بالمواطنة التي تضمنها كتاب التربية المدنية للسنة الرابعة متوسط؟ 3 ــ ما هي القيم الوطنية المتعلقة بالديمقراطية التي تضمنها كتاب التربية المدنية للسنة الرابعة متوسط؟ 4 ـــ ما هي القيم الوطنية المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان التي تضمنها كتاب التربية المدنية للسنة الرابعة متوسط؟ وعلى هذا الأساس تم استنباط مجموعة قيمية منتشرة في الكتاب ،مثل:المواطنة،الديمقراطية حقوق الإنسان،الانتماء،قيمة الدين الإسلامي،واللغة العربية،قيمة الحقوق والواجبات،احترام مؤسسات الدولة،حرية التعبير،والتأكيد على أهمية القيم عامة،والقيم الوطنية خاصة،من اجل بناء الإنسان الصالح،الواعي بحقوقه وواجباته،حتى نساهم في بناء بلادنا،واستخدمت الدراسة عينة قصديه تتمثل في كتاب التربية المدنية للسنة الرابعة متوسط(طبعة2011/2012)،بتطبيق تحليل المضمون بتصميم استمارة تحليل المضمون،والاعتماد على السجلات والوثائق كأدوات لجمع البيانات،كما احتكمت الدراسة للأساليب الإحصائية مثل: التكرارات، النسب المئوية، معامل الثبات، الدوائر النسبية قد أسفرت الدراسة إلى توفر الكتاب على قيم وطنية تتعلق برموز السيادة الوطنية والمواطنة والديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان،حيث احتلت قيم المواطنة المرتبة الأولى ثم قيم رموز السيادة الوطنية،وبعدها قيم حقوق الإنسان،وأخيرا قيم الديمقراطية،وفي ختام الدراسة تم اقتراح عدة توصيات جوهرية،يراها الباحث مهمة في تعزيز وتنمية القيم الوطنية،وغرسها في نفوس الناشئة وتحقيق الإنسان الوطني،كما تم التوصية على إعادة النظر في المناهج التعليمة الحالية،وتقويمها بما يتوافق مع القيم الإسلامية،والقيم العالمية المهمة لوطننا. .................................................................................................................................................................This analytical study etiled "national values in Educational curriculum" is analysing the book of civic education of fourth year midle school wich is intended for the algerian pupils, andit aims toindentify the most important values related to national values ,under the question:What are the national values contained in the civic education Book of fourth year midle school, and this question is divided into four main subquestions: 1-What are the national values related to the respect for the symbols of national severeignty included in the civic education book for the fourth year midle school ? 2-What are the national values related to citizenship guaranteed in the civic Education book for the fourth year ? 3-What are the national values of democracy included in the civic Education book for the fourth year ? 4-What are the national Human rights values included in the civic Education book for the fourth year ? And on this basis a valuable collection was developed in the book ,such as:citizenship , democracy, human rights,the value of the islamic religion and the arabic languege, the value of rights and duties, respect for state institution ,freedom of expression and the importance of values in general and national values in particular in order to contribute to the building of the civic lized state, and the study used an intentional sample represented in the book of civic education for fourth year midle school edication of: 2011/2012. byappling content analysis. And designing contant analysis form, relying on record anddocuments as data collections tools. the stud Y included also statical methods such as :frequencies, percentages, stability coefficient, and it resulted to the following results :the book provides national values to citizenship, democracy and human rights. -national values related to democracy, citizenship and human rights were highest in comparision with values such as national unity, national flag, language and islam. -At the end of the study, several fundamental recommendations were proposed, which the researcher sees as important in promoting and developing national values, and ustilling them in the hearts of the and achieving national human.it was also recomended to revien the current educational curricula and evaluate them in accordance with Islamic values.
