المشاكل المهنية للصحفي الجزائري في ظل المتغيرات الراهنة: القطاع الخاص دراسة تحليلية

Abstract

تحاول هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على طبيعة المشاكل التي يتعرض لها مختلف الصحفيين العاملين في القطاع الخاص وهذا أمام ضعف الحماية القانونية التي تكفلها لهم حقوقهم المهنية، لاسيما في ظل ظهور متغيرات جديدة كان لها الدور في تأزم الوضعية المهنية التي أصبح يعيشها صحفي القطاع الخاص العامل في الإعلام المكتوب. وقد تم التركيز على متغيرين أساسين أسهما في تدهور أوضاع هاته الفئة، تمثل المتغير الأول في الأزمة الاقتصادية التي حلت بالبلاد سنة 2014 جراء انخفاض أسعار البترول وما صاحبها من تراجع رهيب في نسبة الإشهار على المؤسسات الصحفية، في حين شمل المتغير الثاني تداعيات الإعلام الجديد وظهور ما يسمى بـ "الصحفي الإلكتروني" الذي أصبحت تعتمد عليه الجرائد كبديل عن الصحفي التقليدي نظرا لانخفاض تكلفته. ومن أجل كشف ملامح طبيعة المشاكل التي يعانيها صحفيو القطاع الخاص في ظل المتغيرات الراهنة، تم الاعتماد على دراسة ميدانية تحليلية مبنية على الخطوات المنهجية للبحث العلمي مسحت مختلف الصحفيين العاملين في القطاع الخاص بولاية سطيف. ......................................................................................................................................................... Cette étude tente de faire le point sur les problèmes que rencontrent les journalistes exerçant dans le secteur privé. Face à la faible protection juridique qui garantit leurs droits professionnels et l’émergence de nouvelles variables, leur situation socioprofessionnelle s’est détériorée. La crise économique survenue dans le pays en 2014 ayant pour cause la chute du prix du pétrole entrainant, ainsi, une baisse terrible de la proportion de la publicité des institutions de presse ainsi que l’émergence de ce que l’on appelle désormais " journaliste électronique ", considéré d’ailleurs comme une véritable alternative au journaliste traditionnel en raison de son faible coût, constituent les deux principales variables retenues pour la présente étude. Afin de bien définir la nature des problèmes dont souffrent les journalistes en question, une enquête par sondage a été menée auprès d’un échantillon représentatif œuvrant dans le secteur privé dans la wilaya de Sétif.. .......................................................................................................................................................... This study attempt to point on the nature of problems that face different journalists working in the private sector, caused by the weakness of legal protection that provides them with their professional and social rights, particularly with the emergence of new variables that have role in the crisis that know journalists in the private sector at the professional and social level. From all the different variables, we have shed light on two principal variables which have a great importance in the deterioration of the situation of this social class; the first variable is the economic crisis that hit the country during 2014 due to the reduction of oil prices and its influences on the advertising percent for journalistic institutions, the second variable is the uses of the new media, and its consequences, the appearance the of what we call the "the electronic journalist" on whom the newspapers count as alternative press because of their low cost. An empiric and analytic study based on methodological steps of scientific research using the survey method that touch different journalists working in the private sector in Setif.
