إستراتيجية روسيا الاتحادية تجاه الحرب في سوريا (2011 – 2018).

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على إستراتيجية روسيا الاتحادية في سوريا بعد الأحداث التي شهدتها هذه الأخيرة، وذلك بالتركيز على الجهود والمساعي التي تبذلها لإنهاء الحرب في سوريا على إثر التحالف الدولي لمحاربة الإرهاب الذي تقوده الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، والبحث في الدوافع وراء تدخل روسيا عسكريا، وسعيها لإنهاء الحرب دبلوماسيا بعد عدة جولات من المفاوضات بين أطراف الحرب السورية، منذ بداية الحراك في 2011 إلى غاية 2018 وتطوره إلى حرب تعددت فيها الأطراف والفواعل وتضاربت فيها المصالح. كما تظهر هذه الدراسة أهمية سوريا لدى القوى الكبرى، التي يسعى كل منها لإنهاء هذه الحرب بما يخدم مصالحه ويحقق أهدافه، على غرار روسيا التي أظهرت تمسكا بالإبقاء على نظام بشار الأسد. .................................................................................................................................................................... Cette étude met la lumière sur la stratégie de fédération adoptée par la Russie qui a conjugué tous ses efforts en vue de mettre fin à la guerre en Syrie après les événements qu’a connu ce pays ces dernières années. Et ce après la coalition internationale pour la lutter contre le terrorisme, une initiative investie par les Etats-Unis d'Amérique. Nous dévoilons, par la suite, les motivations de cette intervention de la Russie sur le plan militaire, puis dans ses démarches de négociation entre les protagonistes de la guerre en Syrie Depuis le début du mouvement en 2011 jusqu'en 2018 où elle est devenue une guerre d’intérêt plus qu’un soulèvement contre un régime. Cette étude montre également l'importance de la Syrie aux yeux des grandes puissances, ainsi que les enjeux et l’intérêt qui se cache derrière le désir de ces puissances de mettre fin à cette guerre, notamment pour la Russie premier soutient du régime el-Assad. ............................................................................................................................................................... This study aims to highlight the strategy of the Russian Federation in Syria in the light of the events witnessed by this country. on the one hand, we focuse on the efforts made by Russia to end the war in Syria especially after the establishment of the international coalition led by the United States of America to fight terrorism. on the other hand, we look at the motives Behind Russia's military intervention, and its quest to end the war diplomatically after several rounds of negotiations between the parties of the war.this quest started From the beginning of the movement in 2011 until its development into a war characterized by conflicting parties and interests. This study also shows the importance of Syria to major powers, each seeks to end this war to serve its interests and achieve its objectives. Russia showed great commitment to maintain the regime of bashar Al Assad.
