التعليم العالي والتنمية الاجتماعية الصحية

Abstract

تعتبر مؤسسات التعليم العالي المنبع الأساسي للموارد البشرية التي يحتاج إليها البلد للنهوض بأعباء التنمية الاجتماعية، ذلك لأن تفعيل دور التعليم الجامعي يكون عبر تحسين وتكوين مخرجاته مادّيا ومعنويا وتقديمها لمختلف القطاعات، وتتجلى أهمية الدراسة في الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين التعليم العالي وحاجات التنمية الاجتماعية الصحية (المؤسسة الإستشفائية الجامعية على وجه التحديد)، على اعتبار أن مخرجات التعليم العالي تقيّم بمدى تأثير هذه المخرجات (الخبرة) على جميع مجالات الحياة الاجتماعية كما هدفت إلى إستجلاء دور التعليم العالي في التنمية الاجتماعية الصحية، وذلك من خلال التعرف على وجهة نظر مستخدمي المؤسسة الاستشفائية الجامعية بن باديس بقسنطينة، حيث تمّ صياغة استمارة استبيان، مكوّنة من أربعة محاور ضمت 39 سؤال، موجه لعينة مكونة من 200 مفردة من المجتمع الكلي والمقدر عددهم بــ 3014 مستخدم من كل الفئات المهنية التالية (الطاقم الإداري والتقني، الطاقم الطبي، والطاقم الطبي في إطار التكوين (أطباء مقيمون))، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التعليم العالي ليس له دور في التنمية الاجتماعية الصحية، وهذا ما يفسر أن قطاع التعليم العالي ما زال يعاني ويواجه جملة من النقائص، وأن المؤسسات التابعة له ومن بينها المؤسسة الاستشفائية الجامعية لا تقوم بوظائفها مهامها كما ينبغي، وخاصة فيما تعلق بوظيفة التكوين والبحث. ........................................................................................................................................................................... The higher foundations of the education are considered the basic source for the human resources that the country needs to stand up with the burden of the social growth, this because of the effectiveness of the university education role can be done through the improvement and the formation of its outputs materially and abstractly and presenting them to different sectors, and the importance of the study is in revealing the nature of the relationship between the higher education and the medical social growth needs (particularly The University Hospital), in regards that the outputs of the higher education are being assessed by the extent of these outputs’ impact (the experience) on all fields of the social life, also it aimed to clarify the role of the higher education in the medical social growth, this throughout the identification of the staffs’ point of view of The Healing University Hospital Ibn-Badis in Constantine); where by a questionnaire formulary which is consisted of four chapters containing 39 questions, designated to a sample of 200 individuals from the total population their estimated number staffs of 3014 from all following professional groups (the administrative and the technical group, the medical group and the medical group in the framework of training (resident doctors), and the study has concluded that the higher education has no role in the growth of the social health, and this is what explained why the higher education sector is still suffering and it is facing a collection of deficiencies, and that its affiliated foundations among them the foundation of The Healing University Hospital had not doing their functions and missions as they should; especially what is linked to the function of the formation and the research.
