تأثير التواصل الرقمية في إعادة تشكيل المنظومة القيمية للشباب الجزائري

Abstract

في ظل البيئة الرقمية الجديدة التي يعيشها المجتمع الجزائري اليوم وفي ظل تنامي استخدام تكنولوجيات الاتصال الحديثة بمختلف أنواعا وما باتت تفرضه من تحديات على نسيج وبناء المجتمع الجزائري، تأتي هذه الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على الوضع الراهن لاستخدامات وسائط التواصل الرقمية وتأثيراتها على منظومة القيم في المجتمع الجزائري لدى فئة الشباب، لتطرح جملة من التساؤلات وتصل بذلك إلى مجموعة من النتائج والمقترحات في محاولة للوقوف عند أهم أنماط تلك الاستخدامات في شقيها الايجابي والسلبي من خلال عنوان الأطروحة "تأثير وسائط الاتصال الرقمية في إعادة تشكيل المنظومة القيمية لدى الشباب الجزائري دراسة ميدانية على طلبة جامعة العربي التبسي تبسه". تناولت الدراسة في شقها النظري خمسة فصول تحدثت في عمومها عن ماهية الاتصال ووسائط الاتصال الحديثة إضافة إلى ماهية الانترنت والهاتف المحمول ومهموم الشباب ومنظومة القيم، أما فيما يخص الدراسة الميدانية فقد أجريت على مستوى كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة العربي التبسي -تبسه- بالجزائر، وعلى عينة من الطلبة مقدر عددها ب300 مفردة، وتم توظيف الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات مع اعتماد أسلوب التحليل الإحصائي spss في تفريغ وتحليل البيانات من خلال الأجوبة التي قدمها أفراد العينة المبحوثة، أما النتائج المتوصل إليها فقد جاءت في أغلبيتها وفق الفرضيات التي بنيت عليها الدراسة حيث تأكد في ظل الاستخدام المتنامي لوسائط الاتصال والتواصل الرقمية وبالرغم من وجود جوانب ايجابية، على وجود أنماط سلبية في هده الاستخدامات أثرت على عديد القيم لدى فئة الشباب داخل بناء المجتمع وأسست لظهور سلوكيات سلبية دخيلة على المجتمع الجزائري وجب إعادة ضبط هذه الاستخدامات من خلال سن القوانين الضابطة وإشراك جميع أطياف المجتمع ومؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية. ........................................................................................................................................................... In light of the new digital environment experienced by Algerian society today, and with the growing use of modern communication technologies, which pose an influence on the fabric and structure of the Algerian society. This study, however, highlights the current situation.The use of digital media and their impact on the moral values in the Algerian youth. The study raises a number of questions and finds out a set of results and proposals in an attempt to stand in the most important positive uses. The thesis entitled "The impact of Digital Media in the Restructuring of the Moral system of the Algerian Youth - a Case Study of the Students of Larbi Tebessi University, Tebessa " In the theoretical study, five chapters discussed the issues of what is communication, media and modern communication, in addition to what is the Internet, mobile phone, youth concept and value system. The field study was conducted at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Larbi Tebessi University Tebessa. A sample of 300 students was used. The questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection with the use of the statistical analysis method in the data retrieval and analysis through the answers provided by the respondents. The results reached by SPSS were majorilycame according to the hypotheses on which the study was based. We found that the growing use of digital communication media, despite the positive aspects of this use. However, in contrast many negative patterns influenced many valuesamong the youth in the society and created the emergence of exotic behavior on Algerian society. These uses must be re-regulated through the enactment of laws, and the involvement of all sectors and components of society and institutions of socialization.
