السند الإجتماعي و دوره في بناء الجلد عند أم الطفل المتخلف عقليا

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه المساندة الاجتماعية في بناء سيرورة الجلد لدى أم الطفل المتخلف عقليا، والتعرف على مستوى هذه المساندة بمختلف مصادرها ومعرفة أثر كل بعد من أبعادها في بناء قدرة الجلد لديها، وكذا التعرف على مستوى الجلد لديها وقد اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي مستعملتا الأدوات التالية : -مقياس المساندة الاجتماعية لأم الطفل المتخلف عقليا حيث قامت الباحثة بتصميمه والتأكد من خصائصه السيكوميترية على عينة أولية مكونة من (70) أم طفل متخلف عقليا. -سلم الجلد كنور- دافيدسون المعرب والمكيف للبيئة الجزائرية من طرف (شرفي، جار الله، 2009) كذلك تم التأكد من خصائصه السيكوميترية على عينة الدراسة الاستطلاعية المتمثلة في(70) أم طفل متخلف عقليا. كما تم تطبيق هاتين الأداتين على عينة أساسية متمثلة في (76) أم طفل المتخلف عقليا. واعتمدت الباحثة كذلك على المنهج العيادي لتعميق نتائج الدراسة ومعرفة مدى مساهمة كل من العوامل الذاتية والبيئية في بناء سيرورة الجلد لدى هذه الفئة من الأمهات بالاستعانة بالمقابلة العيادية والملاحظة والقيام بتحليل مضمون نتائجهما على عينة مكونة من (09) حالات. وقد أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية : -تتمتع أمهات الأطفال المتخلفين عقليا بمستوى مرتفع من المساندة الاجتماعية. - احتلت المساندة الأسرية المرتبة الأولى بالنسبة لباقي مصادر المساندة الاجتماعية الأخرى. - لا تتمتع أمهات الأطفال المتخلفين عقليا بمستوى مرتفع من الجلد خاصة في بعد الكفاءة الذاتية ، التحكم في الانفعالات ، المشاعر الايجابية. - تتمتع أمهات الأطفال المتخلفين عقليا بمستوى مرتفع من الجلد في بعدي المساندة الاجتماعية والعامل الديني . ومن خلال تحليل مضمون المقابلات والملاحظة العيادية تبين مساهمة المساندة الاجتماعية خاصة بعد المساندة الأسرية كشكل من أشكال المساندة الغير رسمية ومساندة المراكز النفسية البيداغوجية وجمعيات أولياء المتخلفين عقليا التي تمثل المساندة الاجتماعية الرسمية ، وكذا توضح مساهمة العامل الديني في بناء الجلد لدى أمهات الأطفال المتخلفين عقليا أكثر من العوامل الأخرى ما يعكس دور العوامل البيئية الخارجية في تفعيل العوامل الذاتية وبالتالي نسيج سيرورة الجلد لدى هذه الفئة من الأمهات ....................................................................................................................This study aims as recognizing the role which plays the social support in building up the resilience process of the mother of the mentally handicapped child, knowing the level of this assistance and its resources, knowing the effect of each dimension on building up the resilience ability by them as well as knowing the resilience level by them. The searcher depended on the descriptive method using the following tools: - The social assistance to the mental handicap child mothers which was designed by the searcher and be sure of its psychometric characteristics on a primary sample group composed of (70) mothers of a mentally handicapped child. - Skin Scale to(CD-RISC) which is arabized and adapted to the Algerian society by (Chorfi, Djarrallah, 2009). It has also been proved of its psychometric features on a pilot study sample group composed of (70) mothers to a mental handicap child. These two instruments have been applied on the main sample group represented in (76) mothers to a handicap child. Moreover, the searcher has adopted the clinical method to deepen the study findings and know to what extent the résilience personal and environmental factors contribute in building up the resilience process to the this category of mothers with the use of the clinical interview and observation as well and analyzing their content on a sample group of (09) cases. The following study resulted into the following findings: -Mothers of mentally handicapped children are provided a high level of social support. - The familial assistance revealed in the first rank in comparison to the other types of social support. - The mothers of mentally handicapped children showed a low level of résilience especially in the personal competence dimension and positive emotions and feelings management. - The mothers of mentally handicapped children showed a high level of résilience in both assistance and religious factor dimensions. It has been found, throughout the analyse of the clinical interviews and observation, that the contribution of the religious factor and the familial assistance into the résilience by the mothers of mentally handicapped seems to be children more than any other factor, which reflect the interaction of the personal and environmental factors in sewing the résilience process by the mothers of mentally handicapped children.
