معوقات الرعاية الصحية للطفل في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة

Abstract

إن الرعاية الصحية مفهوم واسع، اشتغل به العديد من المفكرين والفلاسفة، وتباينت الاتجاهات المجتمعية في التعامل مع الصحة والمرض، وقد ارتقى هذا المفهوم برقي التفكير وازدهار الثقافات وتقدم العلوم الطبية، فظهر الطب الاجتماعي في الربع الأخير من القرن التاسع عشر، ثم برز ميدان جديد هو ميدان الصحة العامة حيث وضحت فيه النظرة الاجتماعية للمرض، وزاد الاهتمام بالرعاية الصحية مع تقدم الدراسات والبحوث العلمية في الميدان الطبي في السنوات الأخيرة زيادة كبيرة، فبلغ الاهتمام بالرعاية الصحية خاصة بالنسبة للأطفال في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة ذروته تبعا لازدهار علوم الطب وتعدد وسائل الفحص والعلاج، التي أخذت طريقها للعمل واضحة تسعى لتحقيقها، لكنها تبقى على علاقة وثيقة بالثقافة والعادات والتقاليد المجتمعية التي تفرز هي أيضا بعض الأساليب الشعبية في العلاج والرعاية الصحية، التي تشكل في بعض الأحيان عوائق اتجاه نجاح برامج الرعاية الصحية للأطفال في أهم مرحلة من مراحل حياتهم وهي الطفولة المبكرة، التي تبنى على أساسها دعائم شخصياتهم بجوانبها المختلفة. Health careis a very broad concept that many thinkers and philosophers worked on it .Community attituds towards haelth and disease varied. This concept has been upgraded by classical thinking ,the flourishing of cultures ,and by the advancement of medical science .Social medicine emerged in the last quarter of the 19th century ,and then a new feild, public health ,brought social perceptions of disease to the forefront. The interest in health care has increased with the advent of scientific studies and researsh in the medical field in recent years .Interest in health care ,especially for children in early childhood ,culminated in the growth of medical science and the multiplicacity of screeing and treatment methods that are clearly and clearly being pursued ,bat which are closely linked to the culture ,customs and societal traditions that also give rise to popular methods of treatment and health care ,which sometimes constitute obstracles to the success of health care programmes for children at the most important stage of their life ,early childhood ,on which all aspects of their personality are build.
