السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية في الفضاء المغاربي بين ضرورة الثبات وحافز التغير

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية بين ضرورة الثبات والتغير تجاه علاقات الاورومغاربية،وذلك من خلال التعرف على مفهوم السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية تجاه العلاقات الأورومغاربية، ومعرفة توجهات السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية تجاه الدول المغاربية ومعرفة الثابت والمتغير في السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية واهم الأدوار التي تقوم بها مع دول الجوار المغاربي ومعالجة بعض التحديات على المستوى السياسي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي والأمني،وفهم أهم التحولات التي طرأت في السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية تجاه العلاقات المغاربية ،وفق منظورات تحليلية جديدة،وهذا الثبات والتغير في السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية في علاقتها الاورو مغاربية راجع إلى البيئة الإقليمية وتحدياتها وبنية النظام الدولي ككل. This research aims to analyze the Algerian foreign policy between the need for stability and change towards Euro-Maghreb relations, by identifying the concept of Algerian foreign policy towards Euro-Maghreb relations, and knowing the trends of Algerian foreign policy towards Maghreb countries and identifying The most important roles it plays with the Maghreb neighboring countries, in addressing some of the challenges on the political, social, economic and security levels, in addition to understand the most important changes that happened in Algerian foreign policy towards Maghreb relations, according to a new analysis perspectives, this consistency and change in Algerian foreign policy in its Euro-Maghreb relationship is due to the regional environment and its challenges, as well as to the structure of the international system as a whole.
