الأزمات الإقليمية ودورها في بروز أزمة اللاجئين

Abstract

لقد أسفرت التحولات السياسية في الشرق الأوسط الحاصلة في إطار موجة "الربيع العربي" وما ترتب عنها من أزمات وصراعات على مستوى الإقليم عن أكبر أزمة للاجئين في وقتنا الحاضر. وأصبحت ظاهرة اللجوء من أشد التحديات إلحاحا في منطقة الشرق الأوسط؛ إذ تتزايد باستمرار أعداد اللاجئين قسرا بفعل الاضطرابات والصراعات الحاصلة في المنطقة. حيث تحولت كل من سوريا، العراق، اليمن، وليبيا إلى دول طاردة لسكانها نتيجة الوضع السياسي المتأزم وجملة المشاكل الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي جعلت حياة الملايين من الأفراد على المحك. نتيجة لذلك أصبحت الدول المجاورة وبعض دول أوربا ودول شمال إفريقيا وغيرها الملاذ الآمن الذي يضمن لهؤلاء اللاجئين الحياة والاستقرار. بيد أن دول الاستقبال أو الدول المضيفة تصبح بدورها تعاني من أزمات تسببها أزمة اللجوء من حيث مدى قدرة هذه الدول على استيعاب الكم الهائل من الوافدين إليها ومدى تأثيرهم على وتيرة النمو الاقتصادي فيها في ظل التحديات والرهانات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تفرضها مشكلة اللجوء. The political changes in the Middle East and the consequent crises and conflicts at the regional level have resulted a greatest refugee crisis in the present. The phenomenon of asylum has become one of the most pressing challenges in the Middle East; the number of refugees is constantly increasing as a result of the disturbances and conflicts in the region. Syria, Iraq, Yemen, and Libya have turned into repressive countries for their populations because of the political situation and the economic and social problems that have threatened millions of people's lives. Neighboring countries, some European countries, North African countries and others have become a safe haven that guarantees these refugees life and stability. However host countries, also suffer problems caused by the refugee crisis in terms of their ability to absorb the large influx of expatriates and their impact on the pace of economic growth.
