إستراتيجية الاتحاد الأوروبي لمواجهة الهجرة غير الشرعية

Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة موضوع مهم في حقل العلاقات الدولية والمتمثل في ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية نحو الدول الأوروبية، حيث مثلت هذه الظاهرة في الآونة الأخيرة هاجسا مخيفا يهدد أمن وسلامة الدول، لاسيما الدول الأوروبية التي تعرف تدفقا كبيرا للمهاجرين غير الشرعيين الفارين من الأوضاع المزرية داخل بلدانهم. ونظرا لتنامي هذه الظاهرة أصبح ينظر إليها على أنها تشكل تهديد للأمن الأوروبي، لذلك عمدت دول أوروبا إلى تبني مجموعة من الآليات لمواجهة هذه الظاهرة. The present paper endeavors to treat an important topic in the fields of international relations represented in the phenomenon of illegal migration towards the European countries. This phenomenon recently becomes a frightening obsession threatening the countries’ security and safety, especially European ones which have been experiencing a large flow of illegal migrants who escape from the miserable conditions inside their homelands. Due to the expansion of the phenomenon, it has been considered as a threat to European security, pushing them to adopt a set of mechanisms to confront the phenomenon.
