Abstract

ملخص: العالم في العقود الأخيرة، كان له إدراكا متزايدا بأن نموذج التنمية الحالي لم يعد مستداما، بعد أن ارتبط نمط الحياة الاستهلاكي المنبثق عنه أزمات بيئية خطيرة بمختلف أبعادها، مما دفع بمختلف الفاعلين على المستويين الدولي والمحلي الدعوة إلى نموذج تنموي بديل وهي التنمية المستدامة، التي تعمل على تحقيق الانسجام بين تحقيق الأهداف التنموية من جهة وحماية البيئة واستدامتها من جهة أخرى، وقد حضيت التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر بمكانة هامة، إذ لها بعد أساسي ومحوري في العمل العمومي وتندرج ضمن أولويات إستراتيجية للدولة طيلة السنوات الأخيرة التي تميزت فيها بالعديد من الإصلاحات الإقتصادية والتشريعية والمؤسسية لرفع ومواجهة مختلف التحديات والعقبات الراهنة والمستقبلية التي تقف في سبيل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. Abstract: The world in recent decades has been increasingly aware that the current development model is no longer sustainable, after the consumer lifestyle emanating from him was associated serious environmental crises of all dimensions, this has prompted the various actors at the international and local levels to call for An alternative development model is sustainable development, which works to achieve harmony between achieving development goals on the one hand, and protecting and sustaining the environment on the other hand. Sustainable development in Algeria has been given an important place, taking a fundamental and pivotal dimension in public work and falling within the strategic priorities of the state over recent years, which have been characterized by many economic, legislative and institutional reforms to raise and confront the various current and future challenges and obstacles that stand in the way of achieving sustainable development.
