برنامج تدريبي مقترح لمعلمي التعليم الابتدائي لتطوير كفاءاتهم التدريسية وفق المقاربة بالكفاءات في ضوء احتياجاتهم التدريبية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إقتراح برنامج تدريبي لمعلمي التعليم الإبتدائي بولاية سطيف لتطوير كفاءاتهم التدريسية وفق المقاربة بالكفاءات، في ضوء احتياجاتهم التدريبية من وجهة نظرهم ومن وجهة نظر المشرفين عليهم(مفتش، مدير)، وقياس فعاليته. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء أدوات الدراسة والتأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت أدوات الدراسة من استبيان لتحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية يتكون من(79) بند موزعة على أربعة محاور، ومن برنامج تدريبي لمعلمي التعليم الإبتدائي اشتمل على أربعة محاور رئيسية، تمَّ تطبيقه على عينة الدراسة التجريبية، اعتمادًا على أُسلوب التَّعلم الذَّاتي، ومن اختبار تحصيلي تكون من(44) سؤال من نوع الاختيار من متعدد لقياس فعالية البرنامج التدريبي في جانبه المعرفي، ومن بطاقة ملاحظة تكونت من(43) بند موزعة على ثلاثة محاور لقياس فعالية البرنامج التدريبي من الجانب الأدائي. ولتحليل بيانات الدراسة تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية، الإنحرافات المعيارية، النسب المئوية، اختبار(T)، واختبار(F). ولمعرفة حجم أثر البرنامج التدريبي المقترح على الجانبين المعرفي والأدائي لدى أفراد العينة التجريبية استخدم الباحث معامل مربع إيتا(η2). تكونت عينة الدراسة من(373) فردًا طبق عليهم استبيان الدراسة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، ومن(30) معلمًا طبق عليهم البرنامج التدريبي المقترح. وقد استخدم الباحث في هذه الدراسة منهجين: الأول هو المنهج الوصفي، والآخر هو المنهج شبه التجريبي. وقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة لمعلمي التعليم الابتدائي للتدريس وفق المقاربة بالكفاءات، والتي شكلت النواة لبناء البرنامج التدريبي المقترح، وقد أعد الباحث برنامجًا تدريبيًا في ضوء تلك الاحتياجات، حيث تكون من أربعة محاور تدريبية تتضمن هي الأخرى(21) كفاءة تدريبية. كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن فعالية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في اكتساب المعارف والمفاهيم النظرية المتعلقة بالتدريس وفق المقاربة بالكفاءات وتطوير المهارات التدريسية(تخطيط، تنفيذ، تقويم) المتضمنة بالبرنامج التدريبي المقترح لدى معلمي التعليم الابتدائي. واتضح ذلك من خلال إرتفاع قيم مربع إيتا(η2) بالنسبة للاختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة الملاحظة. ................................................................................................................................................... This study aimed to propose a training program for teachers in setif’s primary school to develop their competencies of teaching with the approach competencies, in the light to their training needs from their point of views and from the point of views of their supervisors(inspector, director), and measures its effectiveness. To achieve its objectives, the study instruments, validity and reliability were ensured. The study instruments consisted of the questionnaire to determine the training needs consisted of (79) items distributed on four axes, and training program for teachers of primary school consisted of four main axes, it has been implemented on a sample experimental study, based on self-learning method, and test achievement to be of(44) question of multiple-choice type to measure the effectiveness of the training program in for his part cognitive, and it also consisted of note card which consisted of(43) items distributed on three axes to measure the effectiveness of the training program for the performance side. And to analyze the study data, were used arithmetic averages, standard deviations, percentages, T-test, and F-test. To find out the size of the impact of the proposed training program on both sides of cognitive and performance at the experimental sample, the researcher used square coefficient eta(η2). The study sample consisted of(373) individuals who were randomly applied to the questionnaire, and(30) teachers applied to the proposed training program. The researcher used two approaches in this study: the first is the descriptive approach, and the other is the quasi-experimental approach. The results of the study revealed the existence of the training needs for teachers of primary school to teach with the approach competencies, which formed the focus for the building of the proposed training program, the researcher has prepared a training program in the light of those needs, where four training axes included the other(21) training competencies. The results of the study also revealed the effectiveness of the proposed training program in the acquisition of theoretical knowledge and concepts related to teach with the approach competencies, and the development of the teaching skills(planning, implementation, and evaluation) included the proposed training program at the teachers of primary school. This is evident through the rise eta square values(η2) for test achievement and the note card.
