تقييم مستوى التحم لدى معلمي التعليم الابتدائي للوضعيات البيداغوجية المتضمنة في مناهج الإصلاح

Abstract

يشكل تقييم الإصلاح الذي عرفته المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية منذ سنوات، الانشغال الأساسي لوزارة التربية الوطنية، و منه تظهر أهمية الدراسة الحالية والتي تهدف إلى تقييم مستوى تحكم معلمي السنة الخامسة ابتدائي في التدريس بالوضعيات المشكلة المتضمنة في مناهج الإصلاح. اتبعت الطالبة الباحثة المنهج الوصفي في جمع بيانات أداتي الدراسة : اختبار لتقييم المعرفة المفاهيمية، وبطاقة ملاحظة لتقييم المعرفة الأدائية للتعلمات الأساسية حول وضعية تعلّم في الرياضيات ووضعية هدف في التعبير الكتابي. وتم تطبيق الأداتين على عينة عنقودية متعددة المراحل مكونة من ( 162 ) معلما ومعلمة بمدارس ولاية سطيف يؤطرون تلاميذ السنة الخامسة من التعليم الابتدائي ، و من خلال نتائج أداتي الدراسة اعتمدنا الفقرات التي حصلت على ( 70℅ ) فأعلى كمستوى تحكم تبنته الدراسة. واتضح من خلال النتائج أن مستوى التحكم لمعلمي التعليم الابتدائي لوضعيتي تعلم ووضعية هدف كان ضعيفا، كما أظهرت النتائج علاقة دالة بين مستوى التحكم في المعرفة المفاهيمية والمعرفة الأدائية. لم تظهر النتائج فروقا بين المعلمين في مستوى التحكم تعزى للأقدمية ، الرتبة، المؤهل، التنسيق والتكوين.نأمل أن تكون الدراسة مساهمة تسمح للمشرفين من الحصول على تقييم تشخيصي موضوعي لسيرورة الفعل التعليمي – التعلمي والذي سينعكس على تحسين مخطط المعالجة مستقبلا. .................................................................................................................................................. L’évaluation des actions de refonte qu’a connue le système éducatif Algérien menées depuis quelques années fait actuellement objet de préoccupations notamment pour la tutelle chargée de l’éducation nationale, d’où l’importance de cette recherche qui a porté sur l’analyse du degré de maitrise qu’ont 162 enseignants des écoles primaires de la wilaya de Sétif (classes de 5ème ) des situations pédagogiques inclues dans les nouveaux curricula au titre de l’année pédagogique 2013/2014. Le dépouillement et l’analyse descriptive des données de deux instruments: test d’évaluation des savoirs, et grille d’observation des savoir-faire pour les apprentissages fondamentaux ( mathématiques et l’expression écrite).l’ adoption du seuil de 70℅ nous a permis de constater l’existence d’une corrélation significative entre d’une part le degré de maitrise de nos enseignants des savoirs et des savoir-faire relatifs aux situations d’enseignement ( didactique et situation cible), et d’autre part entre leurs degrés de maitrise des savoirs et des savoir-faire liés aux situations précédentes. Nonobstant la constatation de différences significatives entre les scores de nos interrogés en fonction des variables d’ancienneté et de grade notamment diplôme , coordination pédagogique et formation pour les compétences de planification , de gestion et d’exploitation des acquisitions des élèves et de leurs apprentissages, nous estimons que la présente contribution permettra aux superviseurs d’avoir une évaluation et un diagnostic objectifs quant aux différents éléments du processus d’enseignement-apprentissage, dont la prise en compte aura des répercussions sur l’amélioration des plans de remédiation futurs. .................................................................................................................................................. The evaluation of educational reforms' actions that the Algerian education system witnessed in recent years is currently subject of concern especially for the stakeholders in charge of national education. Hence is the importance of the present research which has focused on the analysis of the degree of mastery of the teaching/learning situations, brought by the new curricula of the school year 2013/2014, that 162 primary school teachers of the wilaya of Setif (5th grade) show. The description and analysis of data collected from the two research instruments, namely: the knowledge evaluation test and the know-how observation checklist for basic subjects (mathematics and written expression). The adoption of the 70 % sill proved the existence of a significant correlation between the degree of teachers' mastery of the know and know-how skills related to teaching situations on one hand; and the one related to objective situations on the other hand. Due to the significant findings of the differences between the interviewees' scores in terms of variables such as: number of years of teaching experience and grade notably the operating skills of learners' acquisitions and planning of their learning, we strongly believe that the research contribution will allow supervisors to have an assessment and an objective diagnosis for the different elements of the teaching-learning process, where consideration will highlight the improvement of future remediation plans.
