تصور مقترح لتطبيقات التعليم الالكتروني في مؤسسات التعليم العالي العربية في ضوء الاتجاهات العالمية

Abstract

يتناول البحث كيفية الاستفادة من الاتجاهات العالمية في تطبيقات التعليم الالكتروني في مؤسسات التعليم العالي من خلال دراسة تطبيقات التعليم الالكتروني في مؤسسات التعليم العالي دوليا بجانب دراسة واقع تطبيقات التعليم الالكتروني في مؤسسات التعليم العالي في بعض الدول العربية ، وأوجه التشابه والاختلاف التي يمكن أستخلاصها من خلال الدراسة التحليلية المقارنة وبالتالي وضع تصور مقترح لتطبيقات التعليم الالكتروني في مؤسسات التعليم العالي العربية من خلال نتائج الدراسة المقارنة ، وتستخدم الدراسة المنهج المقارن بمدخله الوصفي التحليلي من خلال الوصف الشامل للظاهرة وتحليل المعلومات والبيانات المتصلة بموضوع الدراسة في ضوء القوي والعوامل الثقافية،ويتم ذلك من خلال التحليل الثقافي المقارن للمحاور التي تتناولها الدراسة بجوانبها المختلفة وبناء علي ما تقدم يتم وضع تصور مقترح لتطبيقات التعليم الالكتروني في مؤسسات التعليم العالي العربية ..................................................................................................................................................
