مدى استجابة التدريب المهني للتطورات التكنولوجية الحاصلة في موقع العمل من وجهة نظر العمال وفق أقدميتهم.–مؤسسة نفطال نموذجا

Abstract

في ظل التطور التكنولوجي الذي مس مؤسسة نفطال ، والتغير الذي أحدثه هذا التطور في بيئة عملها حيث أصبحت الأعمال تتطلب مهارات ومعارف جديدة من طرف عمالها، الأمر الذي أصبح يتطلب عملية تدريبية ذات فاعلية،وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتقييم هذه العملية التدريبية من خلال محاولة معرفة أراءالعمال التنفيذيينلمؤسسة نفطالحول مدى استجابة العملية التدريبية للتطورات التكنولوجية الحاصلة في وظيفتهم ،وقد اتسمت هذه الآراء بصفة عامة بالطابع الايجابي والاتفاق على هذا الأخير كان بنسبة 100%،الأمر الذي مكننا من القول أن العملية التدريبية في مؤسسة نفطال تعتريها الجدية كونها تتبع التطورات التكنولوجية الحاصلة على مستوى العمل ،الأمر الملموس في صياغة الأهداف وتحديدها والإعلان عنها ،و بناء البرامج بمحتويات غنية ،و حداثة الأساليب التدريبية والطرائق المعتمد عليها في هذه العملية ،ووضع من تؤهله مؤهلات للعمل عليها أو بها ،و أخيرا استمرارية التقييم والاهتمام بعنصر التغذية الراجعة ................................................................................................................................................... Dans le cadre de développement technologique, qui a touché l’entreprise Naftal et le changement apporté a ce développement dans le travail où les tâches nécessitent de nouvelles compétences et des connaissances pour ses travailleurs, ce qui nécessite une formation d'efficacité, le but cette étude était d'évaluer l’opération de formation en essayant de savoir connaitre les avis des travailleurs d’exécution de la société NAFTAL si la formation dont ils ont bénéficié répond au développement technologique dans les tâches qu’ils exécutent, les avis ont été en général positifs à 100%, ce que nous a permis de dire que la formation à NAFTAL est prise d’une manière sérieuse car elle suit le développement technologique produit à la fonction à exécuter , chose réelle pour formuler et définir l’objectif recherché, faire un programme avec un contenu riche, moderniser les méthodes de formation, placer ce qui a les compétences pour travailler sur ces méthodes et enfin la continuité de l’évaluation. .................................................................................................................................................. In the context of technological development, which affected the company Naftal and this development has brought changes in work tasks which require new skills and knowledge for its workers, which requires training efficiency, the goal this study was to evaluate the forming process by trying to learn to know the opinions of the execution of the company NAFTAL workers if the training they received answers to technological development in the tasks they perform, opinions were General 100% positive, what we allowed to say that training NAFTAL is taken in a serious way because it follows the technological development product to the function to perform, real thing to formulate and define the objective, to a program with rich content, modernizing training methods, which place has the skills to work on these methods and finally the continuity of evaluation.
