التكوين الجامعي وبرامج التنمية البشرية في الجزائر –الرهانات والتحديات

Abstract

يعد التعليم الجامعي الجزائر يأحد أهم مرتكزات التنمية البشرية، وذلك من خلال وظائفه وأهدافه الخاصة المتعلقة بشكل أساسي بإعداد الأفراد، وإكسابهم القدرات؛ والمهارات المرتبطة بالحياة الاجتماعية والمهنية،ولكن من خلال قراءة الواقع الاجتماعي والاقتصادي تبين لنا وجود هوة بين مخرجات الجامعة الجزائرية ومتطلبات المؤسسات المجتمعية التي تهدف إلى تحقيق التنمية البشرية. ولا يمكن إزالة هذه الهوة إلا من خلالتفعيل دور التكوين الجامعي في تقديم خدمات تعليمية تخصصية بطبيعتها تتميز بارتباطها المباشر بخطط وبرامج التنمية البشرية خاصة والتنمية الشاملة عامة؛وهذا في خضمالرهانات والتحديات التي تواجه الجامعة الجزائرية. .................................................................................................................................................. L’enseignement universitaire est l’une des bases du développement humaine en Algérie ,par son rôle important dans la formation des citoyens en leur faisant acquérir des capacités et des compétences en relation directe avec la vie sociale et professionnelle. Cependant, en analysant la réalité sociale et économique, une fusse nous est apparue, entre les sortants de l’université et les besoins des institutions communautaires qui ont pour but la réalisation du développement humaine. La disparition de cette fusse ne sera possible qu’en activant le rôle de la formation universitaire pour qu’elle puisse offrir des apprentissages spécialises, en relation directe avec les programmes du développement humaine et du développement générale, au milieu des paris et des déjis aux quelles sont affrontée l’université algérienne. .................................................................................................................................................. The Algerian academic training is considered as one of the most important supports of the human development according to its functions and objectives, which deal mainly with preparation of people, let them acquiredifferent abilities and skills related to social and professional life. But, having a close look to on social and economic reality, we can notice the existence of a gap between graduate people and the requirements of the social institutes whose aim is to ensure the human development. This gap can ‘t be avoided unless we activate the training role of the university in order to offer specialized services linked to the plans and the programs of the human development and the global development in general. This is will done amongst the challenges that The Algerian University is facing.
