علاقة الضغط النفسي و المهني ببعض الإضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى عينة من مدرسي الطور الإبتدائي و المتوسط-دراسة ميدانية بولاية الأغواط-

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة التي تربط بين الضغط النفسي و المهني و بين الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية و ذلك لدى عينة من المدرسين بولاية بالأغواط. كما سعت الدراسة أيضا إلى معرفة أثر كل من الجنس و الطور التعليمي و الخبرة المهنية في إحداث الفروق بين الضغط النفسي و الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية. و لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم استعمال أداتين تمثلت الأولى في مقياس الضغط النفسي و المهني و تمثلت الثانية في مقياس الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية من إعداد الباحث. وقد تم جمع البيانات و تحليلها إحصائيا اعتمادا على نظام رزمة الإحصاء للعلوم الاجتماعية spss. وقد أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية: 1- توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين الضغط النفسي و المهني وبين الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى العينة الكلية من المدرسين. 2- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية حسب درجة الضغط النفسي و المهني. 3- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الضغط النفسي و المهني حسبمتغير الجنس لدى العينة الكلية المدرسين لصالح المدرسين الذكور. 4- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الضغط النفسي و المهني حسب متغير الخبرة المهنية لدى العينة الكلية من المدرسين 5- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الضغط النفسي و المهني حسب الطور التعليمي لدى العينة الكلية لصالح مدرسي الطور المتوسط. 6- لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية حسب متغير الجنس. 7- لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية حسب متغير الخبرة المهنية. 8- لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية حسب متغير الطور التدريسي........................................................................................................................ -This study aimed at reavealing the relationship that links between psychological and professional stress and psychosomatic troubles in a sample of teachers in Laghouat. It also attempted to know the influence of sex, educational phase and professional experience in creating differences between psychological stress and psychosomatic troubles. In order to reach the study objectives, two instruments were used, while the first was psychological and professional stress scale, the second was psychosomatic disorders scale designed by the researcher and were practised on a sample of teachers. Data were collected and analysed statiscally based on SPSS The study resulted in the following : 1- There is a statistically significant relation between psychological and professional stress and psychosomatic disorders at the teachers sample. 2- There are statistically significant differences in psychosomatic troubles according to psychological and professional stress grade. 3- There is a statistically significant differences in the psychological and professional level according to sex variable at the whole sample of teachers in favour of male teachers. 4- There are statistically significant differences in psychological and professional stress level according to professional experience variable at the whole sample of teachers. 5- There are statistically significant differences in psychological and professional stress according to educational phase variable at the whole sample in favour of middle school teachers. 6- There are no statistically significant differences in psychosomatic disorders according to sex variable at the teachers sample. 7- There is a statistically significant differences in psychosomatic troubles according to professional experience variable. 8- There are no statistically significant differences in psychosomatic disorders according to educational phase variable at the teacher's sample.
