مدى ممارسة القيادات الادارية بالجامعة الجزائرية لسلوكيات القيادة التحويلية و معوقات ممارستها -دراسة ميدانية بجامعة عنابة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مدى ممارسة القيادات الادارية لسلوكيات القيادة التحويلية و معوقاتها في الجامعة الجزائرية , واختيرت جامعة عنابة نموذجا بالإضافة الى التعرف الى دلالة الفروق في استجابا هيئة التدريس لدرجة ممارسة القيادة التحويلية و معوقاتها ,حيث تكونت العينة من (150) من هيئة التدريس الدائمين اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية , و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أستخدم الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية هذا الاخير الذى تم التحقق من خصائصه السيكومترية (الصدق الثبات) و استخدمت المتوسطات الحسابية و الانحرافات المعيارية واختبار (ت) و تحليل التباين الاحادي و اختبار شيفيه Scheffe و توصلت نتائج الدراسة بعد التحليل الاحصائي أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الادارية لسلوكيات القيادة التحويلية منخفضا ,كما ان درجة معوقات القيادة التحويلية كانت مرتفعة , كما بينت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في درجة ممارسة القيادات الادارية لسلوكيات القيادة التحويلية تبعا لمتغير الجنس و الكلية وسنوات العمل و الرتبة الوظيفية كما لا توجد فروق في درجة المعوقات تبعا لمتغير الجنس و الكلية , و متغير سنوات العمل و الرتبة الوظيفية في بعدي المعوقات المتعلقة بالقائد و ادارة الجامعة فيما توجد فروق في بعد معوقات المتعلقة بهيئة التدريس و الدرجة الكلية لصالح الاكثر سنوات العمل و أعلى رتبة , وأ وصت الدراسة بتدريب القيادات الادارية في الجامعة على الأساليب الادارية الحديثة و قيادة المؤسسات الجامعية على ضوء القيادة التحويلية في ضل التطورات التقنية المتلاحقة .......................................................................................................................................................... This study aimed to determine to which degree is practiced the administrative leadership from the transformational leadership and its constraints within the Algerian university. The University of Annaba was chosen as a model. In addition, this study also determines the semantic differences of teachers' reactions to the degree of the transformational leadership practice and its constraints. . The sample was composed of 150 permanent teachers who were randomly selected and to achieve the aims of this study the questionnaire was chosen as the main tool and its psychometric properties (reliability and validity) were checked. The Arithmetic averages, standard deviations, the test (T), analysis of variance and Scheffe test were used. The results of the study after the statistical analysis concluded that the practice degree of the administrative leadership to the behaviours of the transformational leadership was low and that the degree of the transformational leadership constraints was high. These have also shown that there is no statistically significant difference in the degree of the administrative leader’s practice of the transformational leadership behaviours according to gender variable, faculty, years of work and functional. In addition, there is no difference in the constraints degree according to the gender variable, faculty, years of work and functional grade at the level of constraints concerning the leader and the university administration. Although there are differences in constraints related to the teachers and the total score for those who work most of the year and those who had the highest grade. The study recommended the formation of administrative leadership at the University with modern management techniques and the management of university institutions with taking en consideration the transformational leadership for successive technical developments.
