Abstract

تبعا للدور الكبير الذي تلعبه الجامعة في تنمية المجتمع وانطلاقا من حقيقة أن المدرس الجامعي يعتبر الفاعل الرئيسي في المنظومة الجامعية وهو محور أساس العملية التعليمية في الجامعة، تناولنا هذا الموضوع والموسوم ﺑ"الكفايات المهنية اللازمة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي من وجهة نظر الطلبة–طلبة جامعة جيجل-أنموذجا-"، وذلك بهدف الكشف عن مدى ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي بجامعة جيجل للكفايات المهنية المرتبطة بمهنة التدريس، ومعرفة مواطن الضعف في الجوانب الممارساتية والأدائية للأساتذة الجامعيين فيما يخص الكفايات المهنية. وقد حاولت الدراسة الإجابة على التساؤلات الآتية: 1) ما درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي بجامعة جيجل للكفايات المهنية من وجهة نظر الطلبة؟ 2) ما درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي بجامعة جيجل للكفايات التدريسية من وجهة نظر الطلبة؟ 3) ما درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي بجامعة جيجل للكفايات التكنولوجية من وجهة نظر الطلبة؟ 4) ما درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي بجامعة جيجل للكفايات الإنسانية من وجهة نظر الطلبة؟ 5) ما درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي بجامعة جيجل للكفايات التقويمية من وجهة نظر الطلبة؟ وللإجابة على هذه الأسئلة تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 218 طالب تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية والمتعددة المراحل بنسبة 1% من مجموع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة، وقد استعمل الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الملائم لهذه الدراسة. ومن أجل كل هذا قمنا بتقسيم هذا البحث إلى جانبين؛ جانب نظري يتضمن خمسة فصول، وجانب ميداني يتضمن ثلاثة فصول، نقف من خلالها للتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة نظريا وميدانيا باستخدام مجموعة من الأدوات البحثية والمتمثلة في الملاحظة والمقابلة والاستبيان والسجلات والوثائق، وأساليب التحليل الكمي والكيفي. واعتمدت الدراسة الميدانية على مجموعة إجراءات يمكن تلخيصها فيما يلي: - قياس الخصائص السيكومترية للاستبيان ( الثبات والصدق ). - استخدام برنامج SPSS 20 ( الحزمة الإحصائية للبرامج الاجتماعية ). - توزيع الاستبيان على عينة الدراسة ومقابلة بعض مفرداتها. وبعد معالجة النتائج وتحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها ومناقشة الفرضيات، توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: يمارس أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي بجامعة جيجل للكفايات المهنية من وجهة نظر الطلبة بدرجة عالية. يمارس أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي بجامعة جيجل للكفايات التدريسية من وجهة نظر الطلبة بدرجة عالية. يمارس أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي بجامعة جيجل للكفايات التكنولوجية من وجهة نظر الطلبة بدرجة متوسطة. يمارس أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي بجامعة جيجل للكفايات الإنسانية من وجهة نظر الطلبة بدرجة عالية. يمارس أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي بجامعة جيجل للكفايات التقويمية من وجهة نظر الطلبة بدرجة متوسطة. وفي الأخير قمنا بعرض بعض القضايا التي أثارتها الدراسة والتي تدفعنا إلى طرح المزيد من التساؤلات والقضايا التي لا تزال تحتاج إلى اختبارها إمبيريقيا

according to the major role played by the University in the development of the society and from the fact that the main factor is the university teacher in the University system who is considered as the basic element of the educational process in the University, we have dealt with the topic which is entitled of "Professional Competencies Needed for University Faculty Members from the Students’ point of view – students of the University of Jijel-sample -". This work is conducted in order to detect the practice of faculty members of University of Jijel to professional competencies associated with teaching profession, and to find out weaknesses in aspects of performance of university teachers for Professional competencies. The study attempted to answer the following questions: 1) To what extent do university faculty members of the University of Jijel practice professional competencies from the students’ point of view? 2) To what extent do university faculty members of the University of Jijel practice teaching competencies from the students’ point of view? 3) To what extent do university faculty members of the University of Jijel practice technological competencies from the students’ point of view? 4) To what extent do university faculty members of the University of Jijel practice human competencies from the students’ point of view? 5) To what extent do university faculty members of the University of Jijel practice the competencies of the evaluation from the students’ point of view? To answer these questions, this study was applied on a sample of 218 students were selected in a random sample stratified and multi-stage by 1% of the total population of the study, the researcher used the appropriate descriptive analytical study. To all this we split this research into two parts sides. The theoretical part which contains five chapters, and the practical part which contains three chapters, in order to investigate the research theories theoretically and practically using a set of research tools of observation, interview, questionnaire and the records and documents, and quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. The field study adopted a package of measures can be summarized as follows: /Measure the psychometric properties of the questionnaire (reliability and validity). /Using SPSS.20 (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). /Distribution of the questionnaire to the study sample and interview some of the samples population. After processing the results and analysis of the data obtained and discuss the hypotheses, we came to the following results: - The university faculty members of the University of Jijel highly practice the professional competencies from students’ perspective. - The university faculty members of the University of Jijel highly practice the teaching competencies from students’ perspective. - The university faculty members of the University of Jijel moderately practice the technological competencies from students’ perspective. - The university faculty members of the University of Jijel highly practice the human competencies from students’ perspective. - The university faculty members of the University of Jijel moderately practice the evaluative competencies from students’ perspective. And in the end we display some of the issues raised by the study which pushes us to ask more questions and issues still need to be tested empirically.
