دور الجامعة الجزائرية في انتاج النخبة المثقفة

Abstract

تعد الجامعة من أهم المؤسسات الاجتماعية, فهي تمثل قمة الهرم التعليمي في المجتمع وتنبع أهميتها من أهمية الأدوار في النسق العام.و خاصة دورها في إنتاج الكوادر و الإطارات التي تسهم في تنمية المجتمع و تطويره, ولقد تعددت الدراسات و الأبحاث, التي انصرفت إلى البحث في هذا البحث الموضوع من عدة وجوه بيد أن دراستنا هذه تتجه إلى محاولة استجلاء دورها في إنتاج النخبة المثقفة وهو مساحة مهمة , يبدو أن التراث البحثي شحيح فيها. إن دراستنا هذه تبحث في إشكالية دور الجامعة الجزائرية في إنتاج النخبة المثقفة بمعنى: هل تسهم الجامعة في إنتاج النخبة المثقفة ؟ وحاولنا الاقتراب من هذه المعضلة عبر جملة من التساؤلات ذات المنحى الإجرائي:ناقشنا من خلالها ثلاث مستويات خيارات الدولة في مجال التعليم العالي وكذا وسائل التثقيف التي تتوفر عليها الجامعة ,ونمط تواصلها مع المجتمع , و انعكاسات ذلك على الدور المركزي الذي يفترض لهذه المؤسسة أن تضطلع به , ومما خلصنا إليه في هذه الدراسة هو أن الجامعة الجزائرية –لعديد الأسباب لم تعد تلك المؤسسة التي تنتج النخبة المثقفة ,و ذلك نظرا لعدم فعالية الخيارات التي انتهجتها الدولة في التعليم العالي منذ الاستقلال إلى يومنا ,وكذا ضعف و عجز وسائط التثقف سواء البشرية أو المادية في تأدية مهامها, بالإضافة إلى ضعف التواصل الثقافي و الاجتماعي بين الجامعة الجزائرية و المجتمع ,لا تسهم في انتاج النخبة المثقفة........................................................................................................................................................The university is one of the most important social institution,It represents the summit of the educational pyramid in the society,its importtance is shown through its crucial roles plays especially in produing leaders that contribute in the development of the society and its prograss. There is a diversity of researches that studient this subject from differnt angles, however our survery is an attempt study the algerien university’s role in producing the intellectual elit as it seems that there were not enaugh researches in this field.to do so,we have asked our informonts many questions discussing the three different levels of the govermment’s choises in higher education ,the cultural tools that the algerian university provides,the way it communicates whith the society and its effects on the crucial role that this institution should play,finlly ,we have concluded that the university for many reason is no langer producing the intellectual elit.First,becouse of the inffectuive choices the algerien govermment applied inhgher education since the independence,the incapacity of human as well as the material media in doing its functions,in addition to the weak cultural and social communication between the algerian university and the society
