Abstract

الكوارث الطبيعية ومخططات الاندماج الاجتماعي (زلزال 21 ماي 2003 ببومرداس نموذجا). يكتسي موضوع الدراسة بالغ الأهمية خاصة في الآونة الأخيرة، كونه يعالج أحد أهم المواضيع التي تحدث في كل بقاع العالم باختلاف الأجناس والثقافات وباختلاف الأزمنة ومحاولة الإنسان من التعامل مع الكوارث الطبيعية ومحاولة التخفيف من آثارها وتحضير مختلف الاستراتيجيات سواء كانت على المستوى التقني أو المجال السوسيولوجي لتحقيق العودة إلى التفاعلات الاجتماعية ولن يكون ذلك إلا من خلال التنظيم المحكم والمدروس لمختلف المجالات وتطبيق المخططات والاستفادة من الخبرات السابقة. * التساؤل الرئيسي للدراسة: هل وفقت المخططات المطبقة في إحداث الاندماج الاجتماعي بعد زلزال 21 ماي 2003 ببومرداس. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى تحقق الفرضيات الفرعية بالتأكيد على دور مستوى تنظيم مخطط خلية الأزمة على سرعة حدوث الاندماج الاجتماعي، كما أثبت دور مخطط الوقاية في اكتساب الخبرات فرديا ومؤسساتيا، ومخطط التنمية كأكبر مخطط تأثيرا في حدوث الاندماج الاجتماعي، والتأكيد على معوقي الهجرة الداخلية الاضطرارية والجريمة ومن تم الإقرار بكون المخططات المطبقة وفقت على إحداث الاندماج الاجتماعي يعد زلزال 21 ماي 2003 ببومرداس...................................................................................................................................The study is about natural catastrophes and plans for social integration, the case of the earthquake of the 21 of may 2003. The subject of the study is of great importance especially nowadays ,because it’s matter of discussion is commonplace in all parts of the world and within all races and cultures, taking into account man’s attempt to deal with natural catastrophes in order to reduce damages, and developing strategies both on the technical level and sociological one, to ensure a comeback for social interactions which will never take place unless operating under good plans in all different domains, and making a good use of past experiences. The central question : did the applied plans succeed in bringing about social interaction after the earthquake of the 21 of may 2003 ? In order to reach the objectivity needed , I used an analytical descriptive approach and a case study, because it helps researchers to get to a great amount of information and details about the subject of the study , as well as ,getting into new ideas and proof to go deep in the study, as far as means of gathering information is concerned , I based my study on observation during the visits I did whether to individuals or official institutions , in addition to the interviews with headmasters and administrators, moreover, I handed out forms on 130 interrogated person who reacted positively and gave helpful information for a true evaluation to “to what extent plans have seceded”?
