Abstract

يعتبر الإصلاح التربوي من أهم القوى الدافعة للتنمية في جميع مجالات الحياة، حيث تستنهض المجتمعات الانسانية أنظمتها التربوية بالإصلاح من أجل بناء الإنسان القادر على تجاوز الخطر، بل والمشاركة في التغيير والتجديد. وعليه فإن تحسين مخرجات التعليم هو هدف الإصلاحات في النظام التربوي، وتحقيقه يعتمد بشكل كبير على الأستاذ الذي يعد المنفذ الفعلي لجميع خطوات وبرامج الإصلاح، ومن هنا فإن أي جهد يستـهدف الإصلاح التربوي لا بد أن يستند إلى تصورات واضحة لدور الأستاذ ومسؤولياته في التعليـم المستقبلي، وذلك نظرا لحيوية دوره في الارتقاء المستمر بمستوى أداء المتعلمين، والذي يمثل الغاية الأساسية التي يسعى إليها أي نظام تعليمي.......................................................................................................................................La réforme de l'enseignement est l'une des principales préoccupations des systèmes éducatifs. Les communautés redressent leurs systèmes éducatifs afin de former un individu pouvant surmonter le danger, et même aussi participer au changement, Le but des réformes éducatives est le développement des esprits et des cerveaux, et en grande partie la réalisation de ces réformes dépend de l’enseignant qui est l’élément le plus important dans les étapes de la réforme de l'éducation. Par conséquent, tout effort de réforme de l'éducation doit être basé sur les responsabilités de l’enseignant dans l'éducation ainsi que sa précieuse contribution dans le perfectionnement continu des apprenants, cela constitue le principal objectif recherché par tout système éducatif. ...................................................................................................................................The education reform is one of the most important driving forces for development. Human societies revitalize their educational systems through reform in order to build an individual who is able to overcome danger, and even participate in change and innovation. Therefore, improving education outcomes is the goal of the reforms in the educational system, and its implementation largely depends on the teacher who is the actual executor of all reform’s steps and programs, hence any effort aimed at educational reform must be based on clear perceptions of the role of the teacher and his responsibilities in the future of education, due to his vital role in the continuous upgrading of the performance of learners, which is the principal objective of any education system.
