دور نظم المعلومات الجغرافية في دراسة الولوجية الجغرافية حالة الجماعة القروية مولاي عبد الله بظهير الجديدة (المغرب)

Abstract

تعدّ شبكة الطرق وكفاءتها من المعايير الأساسية التي تحدّد مستوى تطور المجالات الريفية نظرا لدورها الكبير في سهولة أو صعوبة النقل والتنقل بشكل عام، فسهولة التنقل لها أثر إيجابي مباشر على الحياة الاجتماعية، كما أنّالنقل يعتبر بمثابة عملية متممة للإنتاج عبر نقل السلع والمنتجات إلى الأسواق الريفية ومختلف نقط البيع. لذا تعد دراسة حالة الطرق ذات أهمية بالغة لما لها من دور فعال في ولوجية هذه المناطق وتنميتها اقتصاديا واجتماعيا وربطها بالمناطق والحواضر المجاورة.

وتعتبر نظم المعلومات الجغرافية بمثابة أداة لها إمكانيات عالية في التحليل المجالي سواء تعلق الأمر بالظواهر الحضرية أو الريفية؛ وفي هذا السياق سنحاول من خلال تناول تراب الجماعة القروية مولاي عبد الله بالظهير الجنوبي مدينة الجديدة إبراز مظاهر ولوجية الدواوير السكنية بهذا المجال الريفي، مركزين على سهولة أو صعوبة الوصول إلى الخدمات الصحية، وتوزيع وتسويق المنتجات والمواد التجارية الاستهلاكية الأساسية، وتحديد الزمن المستغرق وفقا لحالة شبكة الطرق كوسيلة للولوجية الجغرافية بشكل عام ....................................... Le réseau routier est l’un des critères pertinents permettant de mesurer à la fois les potentialités du développement et d’insertion d’un espace rural dans le système des transports et de mobilité ou au contraire l’enclavement conséquent de cet espace. Ce qui influe positivement ou négativement sur la vie économique et sociale communale. L’exemple de la commune rurale Moulay Abdellah dans l’arrière pays sud d’El Jadida se prête bien à la mesure de l’accessibilité des entités rurales dans son aspect géographique, économique et temporel. Les paramètres choisis pour cet effet s’articulent autour de l’accès aux services de santé, de la distribution-redistribution des produits de consommation et du temps d’accès tout en tenant compte du réseau routier comme moyen d’accessibilité .................................................................... The road network and its qualities is one of the relevant criteria to measure either the potential of the development and of the insertion of a rural area, due to its huge importance in the system of transport and mobility in general, or the enclosing of that space. Leisure of mobility has direct positive or negative impacts on the social life. The example of the rural district Moulay Abdellah in southern suburbs city of El Jadida lends itself well to the measure of the accessibility of the rural entities in its geographical, economic and temporal aspect. The parameters chosen for this purpose articulate around the access to the services of health, the distribution-redistribution of consumer goods and the access time while taking into account the network road as means of accessibility.
