Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن ملامح الخصائص الاجتماعية لممثلي جمعيات الأحياء في التجمعات الحضرية الجديدة علي منجلي، بالإضافة إلى الوظائف التي تؤديها، مع إبراز طبيعة علاقاتها وأنماط تفاعلها. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن جمعيات الأحياء يغلب عليها العنصر الرجالي من فئة الكهول الذين لديهم استقرار اجتماعي واقتصادي وإن كان مستواهم التعليمي متوسط، وهي في الغالب لها مهام خدماتية خيرية ومطلبية، نتج عنها تعدد علاقاتها، مع اتصافها بالسطحية في مجملها وتحكم المصالح الشخصية فيها. ................................................................................................................................The objective of this study is to reveal the features of social characteristics of city association’s delegates in the new urban agglomeration ALI MENDJLI, in addition to their functions. It also aims to show the nature of their interrelation ships and their kinds of interaction. The study ends in, city associations consist mainly of elderly men who are socially and economically stabilized and have average educational level. They often have services, charity, and petition roles that lead to many superficial relations which are governed by own interests.
