المعوقات الوظيفية لدور علم الاجتماع في الجزائر

Abstract

إن المتصفح للتراث العلمي في المجتمعات العربية والإسلامية، في مجال العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية، وخاصةً علم الاجتماع يجده ملئ بالمؤلفات والجهود العلمية، ولكن في معظمه ذا صبغة فكرية غربية قاصرة نابعة من ثقافة لا تمد بصلة إلى ثقافة مجتمعنا الجزائري، ومن هذا المنطلق فقد جاء هذا المقال ليبين أهم المعوقات الوظيفية التي يعاني منها علم الاجتماع في مجتمعنا، وتحول دون تأديته الدور الواجب عليه قصد المساهمة في تنمية المجتمع. ويمكن حصر أهم المعوقات الوظيفية فيما يلي: الاعتماد على النظرية الغربية، إشكالية المنهج، إشكالية اللغات، ضعف المكونين والمتكونين، تسييس العلم......................................................................................................................................................L’explorateur du patrimoine scientifique des sociétés arabes et muslmanes dans le domaine des sciences humaines et sociales, en particulier la sociologie, trouvera baucoup d'écrits et d’efforts scientifiques, mais qui sont pour la majorité d’un caractère intellectuel occidental très limité, découlant d’une culture qui n’a aucun rapport avec la culture de notre société algérienne. De ce fait, ce rapport vise à mettre au claire les obstacles fonctionnels les plus importants subis par la sociologie dans notre société, et qui l’empêchent d’achever le rôle lui incombant afin de contribuer au développement de celle-ci. Ces obstacles se présentent sous de multiples aspects: La Dépendance de la théorie occidentale, le problème de la méthodologie, le problème des langues, le niveau bas des formateurs et des apprentis, la politisation de la science.................................................................................................................................................Anyone interested in the scientific legacy of Arabic and Islamic communities in the field of human and social sciences, especially sociology, finds it full of writings and scientific efforts. But; most of the writings have the form of a western, deficient thought, which emerges from a culture that has nothing to do with the culture of the Algerian society. From this point of view, this article came to show the most important functional obstacles that sociology suffers from in our society, and prevent it from doing its role in order to contribute to the development of society. It can limit the most important functional constraints as follows: dependence on Western theory, problematic approach, and the problem of languages, the weakness of the trainers and the trainees, and the influence of politics on science.
