Each plan has the effect of long-term aims to the growth is a growth strategy، which resulted in many growth strategies; but the researchers have made many of the classifications to this strategies. This paper aims to identify growth strategies and addition to knowing the most important determinants of each strategy، and evaluation of each strategy; and this is what would help the enterprise in the process of selecting the appropriate growth strategy.Item دور واهمية الاتصال في المنظمات(مجلة تنمية الموارد البشرية جامعة سطيف2, 2013-05-30) خبابة, حسانLa communication est considérée comme un des principales exigences, elle est en effet un instrument de coordination et de complémentarité entre les différentes sections et activités de l’organisation. Dans ce contexte, la communication constitue une base pour soulever le moral du personnel afin d'améliorer leur niveau de performance. Dans ce cadre, notre étude mettra l’accent sur l’importance et le rôle de la communication au sein des organisations. Cependant nous présenterons dans un premier temps, les différents concepts qui définissent la communication; dans un deuxième temps, nous procéderons aux étapes de ce processus, sans négliger dans un troisième temps, les différentes formes de la communication. En effet, les pays occidentaux développés ont mis en exergue la relation d’équilibre entre le développement et la protection de l’environnement. Cependant، les pays en développement dont l’Algérie ont émis une autre thèse complètement différente de celle des pays développés à savoir que l’argument environnemental n’est en fait qu’un frein pour le développement de ces pays émergents. Seulement, ces pays à la lumière du rythme de développement atteint ont fait une constatation amère du danger d’un tel progrès qui en fait menace l’environnement. Cela dit، à leur tour، ils ont mesuré l’impact de cet éminent risque. A l’instar des autres pays en développement، l’Algérie à mis tout un dispositif juridique pour la protection de l’environnement.
