منصوري رؤوف2024-07-102024-07-102024https://dspace.univ-setif2.dz/handle/123456789/2594تناولت هذه الدراسة :"آليات حماية حقوق الإنسان للمهاجرين بين الاتفاقيات الدولية والتشريعات الوطنية "، استجابة لتزايد حالات انتهاك حقوقهم وتعرضهم للتمييز؛ فالاتفاقية الدولية الوحيدة للعمال المهاجرين لا تكفي لتوفير الحماية، لذلك وجب تفعيل مواد اتفاقيات أخرى تهتم بالفئات الهشة داخل الهجرة؛ من أجل هذا تم اختيار هذا البحث لإحداث موائمة بين قوانين الهجرة والإتفاقيات الدولية للهجرة لحقوق الإنسان، إذ تراقب الآليات مدى التزام الدولة بحماية وترقية حقوق الإنسان للمهاجرين دوليا ووطنياً ووفقاً لالتزاماتها الدولية، تضمنت الرسالة بابين الأول يتعلق بالنظام القانوني لحماية حقوق المهاجرين والثاني الآليات الدولية، الإقليمية والوطنية لحماية حقوق المهاجرين. /////////////////////////////////////////////////// This study deals with the mechanisms of protecting migrants’ human rights, through the international convention and national legislation as response to the increasing cases of violations towards their rights and their exposure to discrimination. The International Convention on Migrant Workers is not sufficient to provide protection, so other articles of agreements concerning vulnerable groups within migration must be activated; for this reason, this research had been conducted to harmonize immigration laws with international conventions on migration.
