The title was: “Modern technologies and the right to life”, which is the right enshrined in most international human rights instruments. It also addressed the most important legal effects that various applications of digital technology can have on the right to life, with reference to the legal means to protect the right to life and how to hold accountable individuals and entities who misuse modern technology.
