برقوث عبد الرزاق2025-07-162025-07-162025https://dspace.univ-setif2.dz/handle/123456789/2904تأتي هذه الأطروحة لمعالجة موضوع "براديغم العمل لدى النساء المنتخبات" وانطلق الباحث في هذه الدراسة من تصور نظري ومنهجي كون الجماعة السياسية المنتخبة تكتسب القيم والتوجهات السياسية من محصلة تفاعلها الاجتماعي، و عمل الباحث على امتداد هذه الدراسة لأجل التحقق من أن براديغم العمل السياسي هو قاعدة تحديد الخاصيات النسوية التي تجعلهن أعضاء منتخبة في المجالس النيابيةـ وقد تمت هذه الدراسة عن طريق توزيع استمارة على عينة من 56 امرأة منتخبة تم اختيارهن عبر معاينة غير احتمالية قصدية، مع تطبيق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتقديم دلالات سوسيولوجية للمعطيات الميدانية في حدود المقاربة الجندرية، توصل الباحث إلى تأكيد الفرضيات التي انطلق منها حيث يرتبط براديغم العمل عند النساء المنتخبات بمساواة النوع الاجتماعي في مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية مع تشبع الأدوار الاجتماعية للوظيفة الجمعوية بتطبيقات النوع الاجتماعي و شيوعه في النسق الثقافي، وبالتالي فان المساواة الجندرية في النسق الاجتماعي أطارا مرجعيا لبراديغم العمل عند النساء المنتخبات. ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// This thesis addresses the topic of the work paradigm among elected women. The researcher approached this study from a theoretical and methodological perspective, considering that the elected political group acquires its political values and orientations because of its social interactions. Throughout the study, the researcher aimed to verify whether the political work paradigm serves as a basis for identifying the feminine characteristics that enable women to become elected members of representative councils. The study was conducted by distributing a questionnaire to a sample of 56 elected women, selected through a non-probabilistic, purposive sampling method. The descriptive-analytical approach was applied, and sociological interpretations of the field data were provided within the framework of the gender approach. The researcher confirmed the initial hypotheses, showing that the work paradigm among elected women is linked to gender equality within socialization institutions, with the social roles of associative work being infused with gender-based applications and widely present in the cultural system.
