The most important of these means are the Internet and the mobile phone. Along with social development, their use has become a fact that cannot be escaped in all aspects of life. Nevertheless, the various uses, which cannot go unnoticed, have led to many negative impacts; some of them are relating to social behaviour of the individual within the society; others are relating to social links between individuals.
