Abstract

مع انفتاح الاقتصاد العالمي وازدياد شدة المنافسة بين المؤسسات على المستوى الوطني والدولي، فإن إدارة المعرفة يمكن أن تكون وسيلة فعالة لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية مستديمة تمكن المؤسسة من التفوق والاستمرار. وبالطبع ليست المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية بمنأى عن هذه التحديات والتغيرات التي يعرفها العالم، لذا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية سنحاول معرفة واقع تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في بعض المؤسسات الاقتصادية بولاية سطيف، من خلال معرفة مدى توفر البنية التحتية لإدارة المعرفة، ومعرفة مدى تطبيق العمليات الخاصة بها. ................................................................................................................................................................... Avec l'ouverture à l'économie mondiale et l'intensité croissante de la concurrence entre les entreprises aux niveaux national et international, la gestion des connaissances peut être un moyen efficace et constituer un avantage compétitif durable permettant aux entreprises de durer et d’exceller. En l’occurrence, les entreprises économiques algériennes ne sont pas à l'abri de ces défis induits par les changements que connaît le monde. À travers cette recherche, connaissant la disponibilité de l'infrastructure de gestion des connaissances et sachant les modalités d'application de ses processus, nous essayerons d’éclairer la réalité de l'application de la gestion des connaissances à certaines organisations économiques dans la wilaya de Sétif. ........................................................................................................................................................ With the opening up of the world economy and the increasing intensity of competition between organizations at the national and international levels, knowledge management can be an effective means of achieving a sustainable competitive advantage that enables the organization to excel and continuity. Of course, the Algerian economic organizations are not immune to these challenges and changes that the world knows, so through this research paper we will try to find out the reality of the application of knowledge management to some economic organizations in the region of Sétif, by knowing the availability of the knowledge management infrastructure and knowing how its processes are applied
