يورغن هابرماس نحو مواطنة كونيَّة تستوفي شروط العقلانيَّة التواصلية

Abstract

استهدفت العقلانية التواصلية أداء مهمتين: أما الأولى فمهمَّة نقدية، رعت تفصيل البُنى الإبستيمولوجية للعقلانية الأداتية، بما أنها قد خلصت إلى نزعة حسابية تشييئية، عمَت الآفاق، الطبيعة، الإنسان والمجتمع. أما المهمَّة الثانية، فهي بنائية، وقد تمثلت أحد آداءاتها، في المشروع الإنساني الكوني الذي سار فيه الفيلسوف الألماني (يورغن هابرماس) واضعاً لأسُس المواطنة الكونية المؤدية لشروط هذه العقلانية التواصلية، هو –المواطنة الكونية-مفهوم مغاير يتجاوز حدود الانتماء الاثني بكل مقوماته. تقع المواطنة الكونية على نقيض القيم الانسانية للنزعة القومية التي حصلت ضيق الأفق الإنساني، هي بناء مواطنة دستورية تقوم على أساس القانون، العدل والديمقراطية، وتؤسس لثقافة النقاش والتواصل والتفاهم، لها ميزة كونيَّة تستوعبُ الانسانية المختلفة. ...................................................................................La rationalité communicationnelle a deux tâches : La première est critique, elle prend en considération les méandres des structures épistémologiques du rationalisme instrumental, elle conduit à une tendance mathématique dans l’étude de la nature, de l’homme et de la société. La deuxième est constructive dont une de ses manifestations est le projet humain universel fondé par le philosophe allemand (Jurgen Habermas), qui a établi les bases de la concitoyenneté universelle menant à cette rationalité communicationnelle. La concitoyenneté universelle est une notion différente surpassant les frontières de l’appartenance ethnique dans tout son idéalisme. La concitoyenneté universelle se fonde sur le contraire des valeurs humaines issues du nationalisme qui limite l’horizon humain. Elle crée une concitoyenneté constitutionnelle basée sur des textes de loi, la justice et la démocratie et préparant la culture de la discussion et de la communication et l’intercompréhension. Elle se caractérise par son universalité de pouvoir assimiler toute l'humanité..................................................................................................................The Communicational rationality has diathesis two important tasks: the first one is a critical task, has sponsored the elaboration of epistemological structures of instrumental rationalism, the latter since they have reached a mathematical calculus the horizons, the nature, the human and society. The second one is constructivist, one of whose manifestations is the universal human project founded by the German philosopher (Jurgen Habermas), who has laid the foundations for universal citizenship leading to this communicative rationality.This universal citizenship is a different concept that transcends the boundaries of ethnicity in all its idealism. Universal citizenship is based on the opposite of human values derived from nationalism that limits the human horizon. This is the construction of a constitutional citizenship based on legal texts, justice and democracy and preparing the culture of discussion and communication and intercomprehension. It is characterized by its universality to be able to assimilate all humanity.
