Abstract

هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مصادر الضغط المهني الأكثر ضغطا لدى أطباء وممرضي قسم الاستعجالات الطبية، التعرف على الفروق بين الأطباء والممرضين في مصادر الضغط المهني والصلابة النفسية والمساندة الاجتماعية تحت تأثير التفاعل بين نوع المهنة والجنس ومستويي الخبرة المهنية ومعرفة مساهمة كل من الصلابة النفسية والمساندة الاجتماعية في تخفيف الضغط المهني لدى أطباء وممرضي قسم الاستعجالات. واعتمد على المنهج العلي/ المقارن. وتكونت عينته العرضية من 207 طبيبا وممرضا من الجنسين بأقسام الاستعجالات الطبية بكل من باتنة، خنشلة وبسكرة. وتم الاعتماد على المقاييس التالية : استبيان مصادر الضغط المهني (من إعداد الباحثة)، وقائمة الصلابة النفسية لـ (عماد محمد أحمد مخيمر تعديل بشير معمرية )، واستبيان المساندة الاجتماعية لـ (سميرة عبد الله الكردي). وأسفر البحث على النتائج التالية : أن مصادر الضغط المهني الثلاثة (الضغوط المتعلقة بالوظيفة، الضغوط المتعلقة بالمؤسسة، الضغوط المتعلقة بالبيئة المادية للعمل) لها تأثير متساو على أطباء وممرضي قسم الاستعجالات الطبية، وهم يعانون من ضغط مهني مرتفع. ولا توجد فروق بين الأطباء والممرضين في مصادر الضغط المهني تحت تأثير التفاعل بين نوع المهنة والجنس ومستويي الخبرة المهنية. وتوجد فروق بين الأطباء والممرضين في الصلابة النفسية تحت تأثير التفاعل بين نوع المهنة والخبرة المهنية. وتوجد فروق بين الأطباء والممرضين في المساندة الاجتماعية تحت تأثير الخبرة المهنية وتحت تأثير التفاعل بين نوع المهنة والخبرة المهنية, كما أن درجة كل من الصلابة النفسية والمساندة الاجتماعية متوسطة ولا تساهم في تخفيف الضغط المهني لدى أطباء وممرضي قسم الاستعجالات...........................................................................This research aimed to identify the most stressful sources of occupational stress among doctors and nurses in the emergency department, to identify the differences between doctors and nurses on sources, psychological hardiness and social support under the influence of the interaction between the job type, gender and job experience levels and to determine the contribution of both psychological hardiness and social support in reducing the occupational stress among doctors and nurses in the emergency department. The comparative method was based, The research purposive sample consisted of 207 doctors and nurses from the emergency department in Batna, Khenchela and Biskra. The research based on these tools : Occupational Stress sources Questionnaire (prepared by the researcher), Psychological Hardiness Checklist (Emad Mukhaimar) and Social Support Questionnaire (Samira Abdullah al-Kurdi modified by Bashir Maamria). The research results are: 1 _ The three sources of occupational stress (stressors related to the job, stressors related to the institution, stressors related to the physical environment of work) have an equaleffect on doctors and nurses in medical emergency department and they suffer from high occupational stress. 2 _ There are no differences between doctors and nurses onoccupational stress sources under the influence of the interaction between the job type, gender and job experience levels. 3 _ There are differences between doctors and nurses on psychological hardiness under the influence of the interaction between the job type and job experience. 4 _ There are differences between doctors and nurses on social support under the influence of job experience and under the influence of the interaction between the job type and job experience. 5 _ The degree of both psychological hardiness and social support are moderate and do not contribute to reducing occupational stress among doctors and nurses in the emergency department.
