استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية و دورها في تجويد الحياة المهنية لدى معلمي المرحلة الإبتدائية

Abstract

استهدفت الدراسة استكشاف مدى تمكن المعلمين من توظيفهم لاستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية في أبعادها الستة(06): - التركيز على المشكل ـــــــ الدعم والمساندة ــــــ التجنب والانسحاب ــــــ التواصل ـــــــ اعتماد النمط التقليدي ـــــــ الاعتماد على الدين والأخلاق، بما يسمح لهم بتطوير ونمو كفاءاتهم وتحسين أدائهم واستثمار خبراتهم في الأبعاد الستة (06): - الوسط المدرسي ــــــ الرضا عن الحياة المدرسيةـــــــ الصحة النفسية والجسمية ـــــــ علاقات التواصل ــــــــ الدعم والمساندة ـــــــ اعتماد النمط التقليدي،الدين،الضمير والأخلاق ـــــــ تحمل المسؤولية واتخاذ القرارات لجودة حياتهم المهنية بالوسط المدرسي. أسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: - وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية و أبعاد جودة الحياة المدرسية: موجبة ودالة إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.05 بنسبة 44.44 % ، - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات الذكور والإناث في توظيف كل من استراتيجيات: الدعم والمساندة، التجنب أو الانسحاب، اعتماد النمط التقليدي وهي لصالح الإناث. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات الذكور والإناث في تجويد الحياة المهنية في البعدين : الرضا عن الحياة المدرسية، الصحة الجسمية والنفسية وهي لصالح الإناث. - المعلمون ذوي الخبرة أقل من 10 سنوات يوظفون استراتيجيتي :- الدعم والمساندة- اعتماد النمط التقليدي أكثر من ذوي الخبرة : من 11 إلى 20 سنة، وذوي الخبرة أكبر من 21 سنة.

* وصل تقصي واختبار فرضيات الدراسة إلى اكتشاف أن لاستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية الموظفة بأبعادها الستة (06) في الوسط المدرسي لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بولاية البويرة ذات دور في تجويد الحياة المدرسية في أبعادها الستة(06) وفق متغيرات الجنس والخبرة وبمستويات متباينة...................................................................................... The main aim of this study, is to explore how can teachers use strategies of cooping wich are difined in six dimensions (06) : - Focus on the problem – Supporting - Avoidance and withdrawal - Communication – Adoption of the traditional style - adoption of the religion and moral rules ; so they can develop, grow up their competencies, improve their performence, and invest their experiences related on six dimensions (06) : - Scholar environment - Satisfaction on scholar life – Physical and psychological health - Communication relationships , supporting and adoption of the traditional style - Adoption of the religion, conscience and moral rules - Taking responsibility and making decisions, in order to raise up the quality of their professional life in scholar environment. So the study ended to a number of results : - There were relation between strategies of cooping and quality of school life : positive and significant in 0.05 by 44.44 %. - There were statistical significant differencies between the average scores of males and females in the employment of each of these strategies : Supporting, Avoidance and withdrawal, Adoption of the traditional style - in favor of females. - There were significant differences between averages of males and females scores in raising up the quality of their scholar professional life in two dimensions : Satisfaction on their scholar life and Physical and psychological health, in favor of females. - Experienced teachers less then 10 years use strategies of : supporting - adoption of the traditional style more than those who have between 11 to 20 years experience , and those having more than 21 years experience. After Testing the hypothesis of the study, we find that the strategies of cooping, with its six dimensions used by the teachers of primary school in wilayat of Bouira, has a role in raising up quality of scholar life in its six dimensions, regarding the sex and experience variables.
