استراتيجيات التعامل مع الأحداث الصدمية و علاقتها بالصلابة النفسية (دراسة ميدانية على عينة الأعوان الحماية المدنية البويرة)

Abstract

الهدف من الدراسة: تتبع التغيرات في مستويات (الصلابة النفسية ، استراتيجيات العامل وتأثير الحدث الصدمي) لأعوان تدخلات الحماية المدنية عبر منظور الزمن. أيضا، تحديد وتوضيح العلاقات بين المتغيرات. منهج الدراسة: المنهج المختلط ( تصميم التفسيري). تم جمع البيانات الكمية وتحليلها أولاً باستخدام المنهج الوصفي،حيث تم تقسيمها إلى جزئين (دراسة طولية وأخرى عرضية)، متبوعة بجمع وتحليل البيانات الكيفية باستخدام المنهج العيادي. عينة من الدراسة: تكونت عينة الدراسة الكمية من (99) عون تدخلات الحماية المدنية، أما الدراسة الكيفية فقد تكونت مجموعة البحث من (06) حالات،حيث تم اختيارهم من نتائج الدراسة الطولية والعرضية. نتائج الدراسة: مكنتنا الدراسة الطولية من تعقب التغيرات في المتغيرات خلال العامين الأولين من الانضمام أعوان تدخلات الحماية المدنية إلى المهنة، أما الدراسة العرضية فقد مكنتنا من التحقق من استمرارية العلاقة بين المتغيرات لأكثر من عامين من الخبرة المهنية لتصل حتى 25 سنة. فسرت نتائج الدراسة الكيفية عدم التناسق المتوصل إليه في نتائج (الدراسة الطولية ودراسة العرضية) ، حيث تبين أن أعوان تدخلات الحماية المدنية يستعملون الاستراتيجيات المتمركزة حول المشكل أكثر للتعامل مع الأحداث الصدمية، ولكن بعد 5 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية، يواجهون الحدث الصدمي على مستويين (داخليًا وخارجيًا). .......................................................................................................................Purpose of the Study: The purpose of this study is to track the changes in the levels of (psychological hardiness, coping strategies and impact of traumatic event) of firefighters through the perspective of time. Also, identifying and explaining relationships between variables. Approach of the study: mixed method: Sequential Exploratory Design. The quantitative data is collected and analyzed first by using descriptive analytical approach, it has been divided into 2 parts; (longitudinal study and cross-sectional study), then followed by qualitative data collection analysis using Clinical approach. Sample of the study: For the quantitative study the sample consists of (99) firefighters. For the qualitative study the sample consists of (06) firefighters, they have been selected by choosing (2) firefighters who had the highest and lowest score in the scale of psychological hardiness from every section. Results of the study: The longitudinal study enabled us to track changes in variables of the study during the first two years of joining firefighters the profession. The cross-sectional study enabled us to check the continuity of the relationship between variables for more than two years of professional experience up to 25 years. The results of the qualitative study explain the Incompatibility between results of longitudinal study and cross-sectional study. it was it was concluded that firefighters use more the coping focused on problem to deal with the traumatic events, but after 5 years of experience they face the traumatic event on two levels (internally and externally).
