المجتمع المدني و العمل التطوعي في الجزائر /دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الجمعيات الخيرية بولاية سطيف/

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التطرق للمجتمع المدني ودوره في تفعيل العمل التطوعي في المجتمع الجزائري انطلاقا من أهم مؤسسة ممثلة عنه هي الجمعيات الخيرية، إذ تعمل هذه الأخيرة على التكفل بالفئات الهشة والضعيفة في المجتمع من أيتام وأرامل وفقراء ومحتاجين ومرضى وذوي احتياجات خاصة...الخ، وتسهر على تقديم مختلف الخدمات الاجتماعية التي يحتاجونها سواء كانت في المجال الصحي أو الاجتماعي أو الاقتصادي أو الثقافي أو الترويحي. وقد اختارت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة بعض الجمعيات الخيرية الواقعة بولاية سطيف كنموذج وقد بلغ عددها 16جمعية طبقت مع أعضائها الناشطين بها أداة الاستبيان والمقابلة للوصول إلى نتائج إمبريقية تؤكد صحة الفرضيات التي تم صياغتها، وقد خلصت الباحثة في الأخير إلى جملة من النتائج هي:  تسطر الجمعيات الخيرية برامجا تطوعية صحية وسوسيو-اقتصادية وثقافية وإعلامية من أجل تفعيل العمل التطوعي في المجتمع الجزائري.  العمل التطوعي في الجزائر موجه لكل الفئات الهشة دون استثناء.  المتطوعون في الجمعيات الخيرية يمثلون كافة الشرائح العمرية.  العمل التطوعي في الجزائر يواجه معوقات عدة من الضروري إيجاد حلول لها حتى لا تعرقل عمل الجمعيات الخيرية لبلوغ أهدافها المسطرة.  تسهم وسائل الإعلام الحديثة والتقليدية في التسويق للعمل التطوعي في الجزائر. *******************************************************************************************************The current study aimed to address civil society and its role in activating volunteerism in Algerian society from the most important institution represented by it, the charities, as the latter works to take care of the vulnerable and vulnerable groups in society, such as orphans, widows, the poor, the needy, the sick and with special needs... It ensures that the various social services they need are provided, whether in the health, social, economic, cultural or recreational areas. In this study, the researcher chose some of the charities located in The State of Setif as a model and the number of 16 associations applied with its active members the questionnaire tool and the interview to reach the results of the empire confirming the validity of the hypotheses that were formulated, and the researcher concluded in the end a number of results are:  Charities are running voluntary health, socio-economic, cultural and media programmes to activate volunteer work in Algerian society.  Volunteering in Algeria is aimed at all vulnerable groups without exception.  Volunteers in charities represent all age groups.  Volunteering in Algeria faces many obstacles that need to be solved so as not to hinder the work of charities to achieve their rulers' goals.  Modern and traditional media contribute to the marketing of volunteer work in Algeria.
