المحددات الاجتماعية و المهنية و علاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي لدى اساتذة التعليم الثانوي

Abstract

تعد المدرسة مؤسسة اجتماعية تعنى بالتنشئة الاجتماعية للأفراد، حيث تعمل على صقل مهاراتهم و تنمية معارفهم وخبراتهم من أجل إعدادهم مستقبلا لشغل مناصب وأدوار اجتماعية تضمن الحاجات الأساسية للمجتمع ، ولا تتم العملية التربوية إلا بوجود عناصر تقوم بأدوارها الوظيفية على أكمل وجه، ويعد الأستاذ أحد أبرز عناصر العملية التربوية الذي يعمل من أجل تحقيق مخرجات تعليمية ذات جودة. إذ تؤثر العوامل الداخلية والخارجية لبيئة العمل على قيامه بوظائفه التربوية فتعمل على زيادة شعوره بالرضا نحوها من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى تعزز ولائه وتعلقه بمؤسسته. وفي ظل المتغيرات التي تعرفها المدرسة الجزائرية في الوقت الراهن، من تغييرات مست المنظومة التربوية وما تشتمل عليه من برامج ومناهج وأساليب تربوية جديدة، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالأستاذ وأدواره وعلاقاته مع محيطه الاجتماعي داخل وخارج المؤسسة التربوية أدت إلى تحولات في النمط التفاعلي بين الأفراد الفاعلين في المؤسسة التربوية، ونسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الظروف المهنية والاجتماعية التي يعيشها الأستاذ وعلاقتها بتحقيق الرضا الوظيفي لديه، مع معرفة المحددات الاجتماعية والمهنية التي تؤثر على الرضا الوظيفي للأستاذ في التعليم الثانوي، و مدى العلاقة الموجودة بين هذه المحددات و شعوره بالرضا العام نحو وظيفته. **************************************************************************************************** The school is a social institution concerned with the socialization of individuals, where it works to hone their skills and develop their knowledge and experience in order to prepare them for future positions and social roles to ensure the basic needs of society. The educational process can only take place with the presence of elements that perform their functional roles to the fullest. The teacher is one of the most important elements of the educational process, which works to achieve Quality educational outputs. The internal and external factors of the Scholl environment affect the performance of the teacher’s educational functions, where these factors work to increase the sense of satisfaction towards them on the one hand, and on the other hand strengthen his loyalty and attachment to his institution. In light of the current changes in the Algerian school which touched the educational system and its new programs, curricula and methods, especially with regard to the teacher and his roles and relations with his social environment inside and outside the educational institution. Through this study we seek to know the relationship between the professional and social conditions experienced by the teacher and its relationship to achieve his job satisfaction, with knowing the social and professional determinants that affect the job satisfaction of the teacher in secondary education, and the extent of the relationship between these determinants and his general satisfaction towards his job.
