ثقافة السلامة المهنية: مقاربات سوسيو-تنظيمية

Abstract

تعالج مختلف العلوم على غرار الأرغونوميا، وعلم نفس التنظيم والعمل موضوع السلامة المهنية مفصولا عن ثقافة المجتمع الخارجي، وثقافة التنظيم. بهذا فإن تعرض الإنسان لمخاطر إصابات العمل، والأمراض المهنية مازال يهدده، على الرغم من توفر المؤسسات على لجان الوقاية والأمن، وعملها على تدريب العمال. والسبب في ذلك راجع إلى غياب الاهتمام ببناء ثقافة سلامة إيجابية بالمؤسسة. تتطرق هذه الورقة البحثية بالدراسة والتحليل إلى مفهوم بثقافة السلامة المهنية، على اعتبار أن السلامة فعل اجتماعي يلازم الفرد في حياته اليومية، ويتأثر بمجموع القيم الثقافية والمعايير الاجتماعية. لذلك فالحاجة العلمية والعملية تدفع إلى الاقتراب من الموضوع من زاوية سوسيولوجيا التنظيم والعمل، لتحقيق الفهم الجيد للموضوع، ومحاولة حصر ما يحيط به من متغيرات تؤثر فيه. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تحقيق الفهم التكاملي لموضوع ثقافة السلامة المهنية يستوجب الاقتراب من الموضوع من زوايا سوسيولوجيا التنظيم المختلفة، كون الموضوع متشعب ومتداخل مع متغيرات عديدة، يستدعي الاقتراب في وضعية التفاعلات الفردية (الجزئية) والجماعية (الكلية). ....................................................................................................................................................................... Malgré la surveillance sur l'application des mesures de sécurité nécessaires, l’exposition humaine aux risques d’accidents au travail encore menacés. Cela est dû au manque d'intérêt à créer une culture de sécurité positive dans l'organisation. Cet article va prendre le concept culture de la sécurité professionnelle considéré comme un fait social qui accompagne l'individu dans sa vie quotidienne. Cet acte étant influencé par des centaines valeurs culturelles et normes sociales. C'est pour cela qu'il est nécessaire d'approcher au sujet à partir des paradigmes socio-organisationnel pour bien comprendre le sujet, et bien adapter les variables approches. Pour avoir une compréhension intégrée au sujet de la culture de la sécurité au travail -d'après cette étude-, il est nécessaire d'utiliser les différents approches de la sociologie de l'organisation. Le fait que le sujet soit complexe et se croiser de nombreuses variables, se oblige de l'approcher à l'interaction individuelles et collectives ......................................................................................................................................................................... This paper examines a culture of occupational safety, because safety is a social work that accompanies the individual in his daily life and is influenced by the sum of cultural values and social norms. Therefore, the scientific and practical need leads to approaching the subject from the point of view of sociology of organization, in order to achieve a good understanding of the subject, and to try to reduce the variables that surround it. This study concluded that achieving an integrated understanding the culture of occupational safety requires approaching the topic from different organizational sociology angles, as the subject is complex and overlapping with many variables, requiring approach in the position of individual and collective interactions.
