Abstract

من خلال هذا المقال نسلط الضوء على تطور التشغيل والبطالة في الجزائر من خلال برنامج توطيد النمو 2010-2014، ومدى مساهمته في تقليص نسبة البطالة، باعتبار هذه الفترة كانت بمثابة ثورة حقيقية في مجال التشغيل لم تشهد الجزائر لها مثيلا من قبل، عن طريق البرامج والآليات المستحدثة من طرف الحكومة كتسهيلات لتشغيل أكبر عدد ممكن من اليد العاملة بمراعاة الفوارق والمستويات، وهذا بتحليل مختلف العناصر المتداخلة والتي تؤثر في مجملها على السياسة العامة في مجال التشغيل بالأرقام والنسب المئوية، في ظل طرح متكامل يشمل مختلف جوانب الموضوع.
