تحديات الحفاظ على الحق في الغذاء في ظل التدهور البيئي

Abstract

يؤثر التدهور البيئي بكافة مظاهره وخاصة منها تغير المناخ والاحتباس الحراري على الحق في الغذاء الكافي والصحي، كذلك للهندسة الوراثية مخاطر كتقنية جديدة لاحتواء مشكل نقص الغذاء الناجم عن التدهور البيئي، حيث أنه لابد من توخي الحذر من الكائنات المعدلة وراثيا، فلديها آثار سلبية ومخاطر حقيقية على توازن البيئة والطبيعة والتنوع البيولوجي، كما أن اللجوء إلى تكنولوجية حديثة للحفاظ على الاستدامة الغذائية تحدي أكبر، على اعتبار أن لهذه التقنيات آثار سلبية ليس على الغذاء فقط بل على النظام الايكولوجي بالكامل.
