Abstract

يعتبر القانون 04/02 المؤرخ في 23 يونيو 2004 المحدد للقواعد المطبقة على الممارسات التجارية من بين أهم النصوص القانونية المنظمة للسوق، حيث كرس من خلاله المشرع الجزائري قواعد النزاهة والشفافية في الممارسات التجارية بين الأعوان الاقتصاديين وبينهم وبين المستهلكين باعتبارها من ركائز اقتصاد السوق، والتي تشمل مختلف أنشطة العملية الاقتصادية من إنتاج وتوزيع للسلع والخدمات وعرضها للاستهلاك التي يمارسها أي عون اقتصادي مهما كانت طبيعته القانونية، وهو نطاق واسع يعكس أهمية هذا القانون.
