أطروحة المقاولاتية النسوية في الجزائر وإشكالية المجال الاجتماعي-الاقتصادي

Abstract

اهتمت الأطروحة الموسومة بـ" المقاولاتية النسوية في الجزائر وإشكالية المجال الاجتماعي- الاقتصادي" بمعالجة إشكالية البحث من باب المعوقات دون القضايا الأخرى ذلك أن القراءات المتعددة والدراسات السابقة، وخطاب المجتمع المدني، أبانت مجتمعة أنه من الصعب مقارعة موضوع المقاولاتية النسوية في الجزائر خارج إشكالية المعوقات، هذه المعوقات ينتجها ويشكلها المجال الاجتماعي- الاقتصادي بمكوناته المختلفة بشكل مباشر وغير مباشر، حيث تعبر من منظور آخر عن سجال قائم بين المواقف المؤيدة والمواقف المعارضة للتوجه المقاولاتي النسوي، واصطدام ما هو اجتماعي بما هو اقتصادي مستحضرا أشكال التدخل السياسي. توصلت الأطروحة عبر استخدام منهج دراسة الحالة إلى وجود معوقات اجتماعية واقتصادية ومهنية تقف حاجزا أمام التوجه النسوي نحو الممارسة المقاولاتية في الجزائر عبر المسار المقاولاتي، حيث رصدت آليات اشتغال المجال السوسيو- اقتصادي ببعديه الزماني والمكاني، وما أفرزه من ممارسات رسمية وغير رسمية تتجلى في شكل صعوبات وعراقيل تصطدم بها النساء المقاولات.///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////The dissertation entitled "Women’s Entrepreneurship in Algeria and the Socio-Economic sphere problematic " dealt with the problematic of research in terms of obstacles without other issues, as the multiple readings, previous studies, and civil society discourse together have shown that it is difficult to study the issue of female entrepreneurship in Algeria outside this term. These obstacles are directly and indirectly produced and shaped by the socio-economic sphere with its various components. In other perspective, it expresses an existing debate between pro-feminist and anti-feminist attitudes of the women entrepreneurial orientation, and the collision of what is social with what is economic with the evoking of political interference forms. The dissertation reached by using the case study method presence to social, economic and professional obstacles that stand in the way of women's orientation towards the entrepreneurial practice in Algeria through its entrepreneurial practice, in to monitor the mechanisms of operation of the socio-economic field in its temporal and spatial dimensions. In addition to the formal and informal practices that emerge in difficulties and obstacles forms encountered by women entrepreneurship.
