قدسية الحياة الإنسانية ورهانات البيوتكنولوجيا المعاصرة

Abstract

سنتطرق في موضوعنا هذا إلى العلاقة بين قدسية الحياة الإنسانية والبيوتكنولوجيا المعاصرة. التحليل الأولي أطلعنا على نموذج الفصل بين القيمة والمعرفة وذلك لأسباب تتعلق أساسا بالنموذج الحداثي الذي سيطرت عليه النظرة العلمية الوضعية، التي اتخذت من الجانب المادي للإنسان (الجسد) أساس كل اهتماماتها العلمية ، ومتجاوزة بذلك الجانب الروحي والأخلاقي للإنسان الذي وصل إلى حد تجاوز قدسية الحياة الإنسانية، وهو الأمر الذي جعل البيوإيتيقا تضع الخطاب الفلسفي المعاصر في مركز النقاشات بهدف تهذيب (أخلقة) الممارسات البيوتكنولوجية، ومنها احترام قدسية الحياة الإنسانية، لأن هذه الأخيرة عرفت تجاوزات خطيرة في ظل الممارسات البيوتكنولوجية المعاصرة، و هو ما سمح لفلاسفة ما بعد الحداثة للاهتمام بهذه المسألة. ذلك وجهنا اهتمامنا لنموذجين فلسفيين معاصرين وهما: الفرنسي "فرانسوا داغونيي"، والألماني "يورغان هابرماس" وهما توجهان مختلفان. كما أننا سلطنا الضوء على عواقب الثورة البيوتكنولوجية على الفرد، الأسرة والمجتمع .............................................................................................................................. Nous allons aborder dans notre sujet, la relation entre la sacralité de la vie humaine et la biotechnologie contemporaine. Une première analyse nous fait apparaître le modèle de séparation entre la notion de valeur et celle de la connaissance, et ce pour des raisons liées essentiellement au modèle de modernité dominé par l'esprit scientifique positive qui a pris le côté matériel de l'homme (le corps) Comme essentielle de ses préoccupations Scientifiques, dépassant ainsi le coté spirituel et moral de l'homme, et même la sacralité de la vie humaine, ce qui a permis à la bioéthique de mettre le discours philosophique contemporain au centre des débats dans le but de moraliser le pratique Biotechnologique, et respecter ainsi la sacralité de la vie humaine qui a connu de graves dépassements au nom du progrès de la biotechnologie , ceci a permis aux philosophes postmodernistes de se pencher sur cette question, à cet égard nous nous sommes focaliser sur deux grands philosophes à savoir le français : "François Dagognet" et l'allemand "Jürgen Habermas", dans deux concepts différents, et aussi les conséquences de la biotechnologie sur l'individu, la famille et la société ........................................................................................................................... This research discusses the relationship between the sanctity of human life and contemporary biotechnology. The preliminary analysis showed us the model of the separation between value and knowledge for reasons related mainly to the modernist model that was dominated by the positivistic scientific view, which took the material aspect of the human being (the body) as the basis of all its scientific interests, and thus bypassing the spiritual and moral aspects of the human being and even transcending the sanctity of human life. This makes bioethics put contemporary philosophical discourse at the center of discussions with the aim of refining biotechnological practices, including respecting the sanctity of human life, because the latter has known serious transgressions in light of contemporary biotechnological practices, which allowed postmodern philosophers to take care of this issue. Therefore, the study focuses on two contemporary philosophical models: the French François Dagognet and the German Jürgen Habermas, who are of two different orientations. It has also highlighted the consequences of the biotechnological revolution on the individual, family and society
