Abstract

The aim of this paper is to provide a modest contribution on by showing the role of environmental considerations indetermining priorities for industrial investment in Algeria, to raise the competitiveness of the industry at the regional level and internationally, given the importance of these considerations to the achievement of the dimensions of sustainable development and to increase industrial exports, especially as Algeria the process of accession to the World Trade Organization, is that the production of industrial products is harmful to the environment, and using clean production methods. If prevention is better than cure, where countries are now seeking to reduce the potential damage assessment of new industrial investment and thus take into account the environmental costs and benefits when developing strategy.
