Abstract

This paper addresses the strategic role played by the creative and technological SME projects in the establishment of astrong regional knowledge-basedeconomy، and the biggest challenges faced by these projects، especially when it is released، and how do Technological Business Incubation are a big help to overcome these challenges and raise the chances of success، also shed light on the key factors of success for this type of incubations، guided by the results learned from the pilot experiences in different countries around the world.
