الحوكمة والمسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على العلاقة بين الحوكمة الصحية والمسؤولية الاجتماعية، إنطلاقا من الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي: هل توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة تطبيق الحوكمة الصحية بأبعادها والالتزام بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية بشير منتوري بالميلية. وقد إعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبيان مكون من سبعين عبارة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور: الأول خصص لمعرفة الخصائص السوسيومهنية لمفردات عينة الدراسة، والمحور الثاني متعلق بالحوكمة الصحية، والثالث متعلق بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية. وكانت عينة الدراسة عينة عشوائية طبقية، حيث تم توزيع الاستبيان على 160 من موظفي المؤسسة الصحية ممثلين في الأسلاك التالية: السلك الإداري، السلك الطبي، السلك شبه الطبي، وتم معالجة البيانات المحصل عليها بالإعتماد على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإنسانية والإجتماعية(spss)، حيث تم حساب معامل الارتباط بيرسون للتحقق من صدق فرضيات الدراسة، وحساب المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، والأهمية النسبية لمعرفة مستوى تطبيق كل من الحوكمة الصحية والالتزام بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية. وقد توصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: 1ـ درجة تطبيق الحوكمة الصحية بالمؤسسة ميدان الدراسة متوسطة. 2ـ مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية بالمؤسسة ميدان الدراسة متوسط. 3ـ وجود علاقة طردية قوية بين الحوكمة الصحية والمسؤولية الاجتماعية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية بشير منتوري بالميلية، جيجل. 1.3ـ وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين الإفصاح والشفافية والمسؤولية الاجتماعية. 2.3. وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين إدارة المخاطر الصحية والمسؤولية الاجتماعية. 3.3ـ وجود علاقة ارتباطية. بين جودة الخدمات الصحية والمسؤولية الاجتماعية. 4.3ـ وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين جودة الحياة الوظيفية والمسؤولية الاجتماعية ..................................................................................................................................................... The current study aimed to identify the relationship between health governance and social responsibility, based on the answer to the main question: is there a statistically significant relationship between the degree of application of health governance in its dimensions and the commitment to social responsibility in the public hospital of Bachir Mentouri in El milia-jijel. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire of 70 words was designed spread over three axes: the first was devoted to the characteristics of the socio professional vocabulary of the study sample, the second was related to health governance, and the third related to social responsibility. The sample of the study was a stratified random sample with the questionnaire distributed to 160 health institution employees represented in the following fields the administrative, medical and para-medical fields. For the humanities and social sciences (spss), calculations, standard deviations, the relative importance of knowing the level of application of both health governance and commitment to social responsibility, and calculating the coefficient relationship to identify the relationship between health governance and social responsibility. The study found a range of findings, the most important of which are: 1. Degree of application of health governance in the field of study is average. 2. The level of social responsibility in the field of study is average. 3. There is a correlation between health governance and social responsibility at the Public Hospital Institution of Bachir Mentouri in El milia. 1.3 There is a correlation between disclosure, transparency and social responsibility. 2.3.There is a correlation between health risk management and social responsibility 3.3.There is a correlation between the quality of health services and social responsibility. 4.3 There is a correlation between quality of career and social responsibility.
