الاحتياجات التدربية لمعلمي أقسام الدمج المدرسي في ظل الكفايات التي تتطلبها فئة ذوي الإعاقة السمعية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أهم الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي أقسام الدمج المدرسي في ظل الكفايات التي تتطلبها فئة ذوي الإعاقة السمعية، وتفاعل احتياجاتهم التدريبية مع كفاياتهم التعليمية، كما هدفت إلى التعرف على أثر متغيرات الأقدمية المهنية، والمؤهل العلمي، وطبيعة التكوين على احتياجاتهم التدريبية ودرجة امتلاكهم لكفاياتهم التعليمية، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم إعداد مقياس للاحتياجات التدريبية، واستخدام مقياس الكفايات التعليمية لـ "عبد الجبار (1998)"، وبعد التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما تم تطبيقهما على عينة اشتملت على (140) معلماً ومعلمة لأقسام الدمج المدرسي اختيروا بطريقة قصدية للعام الدراسي 2020/2021. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك احتياجات تدريبية كبيرة في المعارف والمهارات التدريسية والتقييم والتقويم، ووجود تفاعل دال إحصائيا بين الاحتياجات التدريبية ودرجة توافر الكفايات اللازمة لهؤلاء المعلمين، وكذا عدم وجود فروق عند مستوى(0,05) في الاحتياجات التدريبية، وفي درجة توافر الكفايات التعليمية لهؤلاء المعلمين (تبعاً للأقدمية المهنية، والمؤهل العلمي، وطبيعة التكوين) باستثناء وجود فروق في مجال الكفايات المعرفية تبعاً للمؤهل العلمي لصالح الحاصلين على شهادة ليسانس، وفي مجال المهارات التدريسية تبعاً لطبيعة التكوين لصالح الذين تلقوا تكويناً لمدة 03 سنوات. .................................................................................................................. The study aimed to reveal the most important training needs for teachers of School integration classes in light of the competencies required by the hearing-impaired category, and the interaction of their training needs with their educational competencies. In order to achieve these goals, a scale of training needs was prepared, and the scale of educational competencies was elaborated by "Abdul-Jabbar (1998)", and after checking their validity and reliability, they were applied to a sample of (140) male and female teachers of the school integration classes who were chosen intentionally for the academic year 2020/2021. The study concluded that there are great training needs in teaching knowledge and skills, assessment and evaluation, and the presence of a statistically significant interaction between the training needs and the degree of availability of the necessary competencies for these teachers, as well as the absence of differences at the level (0.05) in the training needs, and in the degree of availability of educational competencies for these teachers. Teachers (according to professional seniority, academic qualification, and nature of training) with the exception of differences in the field of cognitive competencies according to the educational qualification in favor of those with a bachelor’s degree, and in the field of teaching skills according to the nature of the training in favor of those who received training for a period of 03 years.
